I love how he's trying to act like he has a healthy body. The picture he posted makes his thighs look bigger because it's pressed against the couch. Considering the way it looks, he definitely has muscle atrophy because of the lack of exercise. Without consistent exercise and proper diet, the body will not hold the muscles to perform high straining tasks. Considering his lack of proper health and diet, it's still weird he's trying to act like he used to have good health especially when he used to drink heavily (his own words). Just another example of DSP retconning his own words and lore. This guy is a serious case of delusional and a pathological narcissist.
The calf muscle is primarily type-B muscle fiber. There are relating primarily to endurance. Fat people usually have prominent calves because they sometimes stand for periods. This develops the muscle fiber of the calf. So fat people will regularly have particularly defined calves. Being Phil isnt a woman, his body also wont be depositing fat in more female-centric problem areas like the thighs, rump, knees, and calves. (This is why women predominantly get "cankles") Using you calf muscles as an example of not being fat is like referring to your balance to argue you have good hearing. If anything the balance argument is more logical as the prominent calf would suggest he is infact borderline obese.
In his mind, like a true egotistical narcissist would, he is totally trying to flex. He thinks he is better than everyone else, he would sell out anyone for a dollar.
I’ve read plenty other comments saying that toe walking is a heavy autism flag. Well we all suspected it, but now it’s definitely confirmed with this and that fan interview in the doc. 😂
If leg day was actually your easiest day, Id say youre doing it wrong but in this case hes just lying. Hes never, ever worked out to a split schedule like that in his life is the reality.

i can confirm as a dad with an 8 year old and 6 year old with autism they both run around on there toes, the fact he does it in his 40's is nuttso because he should have grown out of it by now, again the dude should have gotten diagnosed and should be living with a carer right now and no not your wife who also has autism

i need to add something else he's getting flat feet which is really unhealthy , so walking on his toes is also giving him flatfeet and causing the foot to no longer be arched and healthy, he keeps walking on his toes he gonna have flat feet as well as a flat head
Hasn't the toe-walking been confirmed for years now? I seem to recall older clips where he talks about having "jacked calves" because he always walked on his toes.
big calves are usually common on VERY dedicated lifters or people who've been overweight for many years, and we all know phil isn't lifting anything but a gin bottle to his lips
Even if they were muscles rather than fat squished by pressing against the footrest, calf muscles are not the only muscles in your leg. His thighs are as atrophied as his arms.

DSP always tries and flex about how the hardest things other people consider, he can do with no problem. Why can't he flex about how little he begs, how much he contributes to society, how great of a husband he is to Kat, how great he is at saving money, etc? Look, I’m not defending DSP nor do I like him in any capacity, but from the photo he just has good genetics for calves. You either have them or you don’t. Unfortunately he doesn’t do anything with them so they are ultimately going to waste.
Man, I hate DSP and having to side with him, but you channel folk need to pick better content as he isn't wrong here. His legs are totally normal and that is just how big calf muscles sit.
