DT Swiss P1800 DB32 Spline freehub maintenance 

I cant tell you the name because i get this from my friend. He is doing something with big machines. Maybe the name is Äronix. I put too much in the hub. I want it silent. The wheels are perfect. After one year i tightened up the spokes and they run perfect.

With the right tools, Easy. The bearings hold up 3000 -5000 km and even more.

Yes,it will. If you put just a little bit, than it will be not silenced. I put special grease that disapears under pressure and after 500km it sound as original.

Regular grease for high presure bearings. This had green colour, but u can take any.

@@pukysonschannel777 Sure thing. I see it a lot and it causes too much harm. Very thin layer and around the o-ring of the axle adapter and it will be plenty.

I cant tell why others have problems or harm. My ratchet, hub, cap, wheel is doing well. No problems here. I know that the wrong lube causes pressure and can destroy the hub. The grease that i use disapears under pressure and only thin layer hold the place. The lube is for machines with wery high rotations. It stay only an thin layer and cause no presure and cant harm the hub.

Maybe you have some other freehub model. On DT Swiss it should be easy.
