I have a question I’m putting my leds on channel 4 on the redcat 64 to control them off and on nothing happens I’ve tried messing with mixers and plugging it differently but nothing happens on channel 4
Might add it in a video, its pretty easy once you remove the foam and mag mount. that exposes the bottom screws, the top 4 already there, then you just remove the holder

The rear servo arms are actually identical length to stock but require a low profile servo to fit cuz the fat at the gear. Some others should work with standard servos. Stock is 1.5 inch the longer 1.75 and 2 inch require cutting a path in chassis for longer arms to pass but can also run longer shocks n jacke up back higher this make nose pop higher
I have a questions. What are your servos programmed too? Also what are your front servo endpoints? I installed the redcat dual servos and powerhobby 209s on all 4 wheels. Also a high lockup kit but i cant hop, i gotta be doing something wrong but cant figure it out
I have a question about my 64,I just got through changing my suspension to chrome and I installed everything back as usual but when I test my car for hopping it wasn't hopping that much can you help me out on my question.
Nice bro 😎👌🏻on my kit it also came with mini servo mounts for the extra servo it could only hold one screw on the bottom one !! So how redcat ain’t doin something right on the parts 😰!!
Does the dual sevo make it pop up better or just help withthe individual wheels? Iv already added the reefs 300 in the front and added a BEC but it doesn't seem too much different than the stock, so I'm thinking of going with the dual servo
Yes, it pops significantly better with the dual Servo set up The Reefs 300 and Gold stock servo are exact same servo only difference is premium case. I have RS400 on the say supposed to out spec the Reefs 300. We put it on the rest rig to see if it lives up to its specs on paper
I’m just curious as to see if anyone has upgraded the motor and esc to brushless on the Redcat lowrider. I mean I’m sure it sounds probably dumb cause it’s not supposed to be fast but a lot of people upgrade them a lot.
Hey I ordered a 380 brushless motor and 35 amp esc I tried in my six four and it made the hoping servos glitchy the motor worked on 3s and 2s but the servos acted crazy. Do I need a sensored setup
@@Jasonkartracing if using brushless best to have sensored system. The servo glitching could just be a matter of running a BEC to feed servo power bypassing esc. End of day after running 2 different sensor brushless system I'd rather run a Hobbywing 1080 esc with stock motor. Brushless system way more smooth slow speed control the adjustment on 1080 is perfect for these lowriders . However with 1080 I strongly recommend a BEC to run servo
This RC comes with a single set up for the front so both front hight run off one servo. This add in a 2nd servo so you get independent control on front
@@NorthSideCustomRC Is the channel on the remote that is "not used" the way to get individual? I assumed that since it was "not used" that it didn't have a use at all, which is what I thought was weird. why put it on there if it doesn't do anything? lol
Are you using the front lift switch on the transmitter to hop? I can’t find any info online about mapping the front lift switch to hit channels 3 and 4 at the same time. About to take it apart and mirror the rear lift switch setup.
@@NorthSideCustomRC I just tried this but does that mean you lose 4 corner functionality? What I mean is when it's not mapped I get 4 wheel control like the monte but my hop switch only works on one wheel. When I mix, my channel 3 and 4 are locked together and I can't control each front wheel individually but my hop switch controls both again. I was really hoping I could control channel 3 and channel 4 individually but map the hop switch to control both. Do you know if this can be done? Thanks in advance brother!

Reefs 300 that comes with redcat is the same shit that he sells He told me the reefs that comes with redcat factory was not programmable and it is Hes a liar and sold me the same servo in a black case Thats a whole ripoff
