Hello, Max, this luxury house 🏠🏡, is simply adorable!! It's in a real, quiet, quaint, neighborhood!! I love the entrance and all, around the home!! The inside, has all the bells and whistles, if a valuable house!! The Kitchen, the Laundry Room, and the Bed and Bathrooms, are fantastic!! The wood flooring is shiny, you can see your picture in it!! Also, the mini stairs, going to the Loft, just amazing!! All in All, this is a very beautiful place to live, how can you go wrong?? Max, you are the BEST!! Thank you for what you do!! You are Number 1, in my book!!

My thing is at 425thousand you still have to add that smh. I will give it a little wiggle room because it's a lot of brick. However 425 is steep... Going that route you might as well get a home build from the ground up. But then these new builds are not the best either.
@queennjinga3748 Yeah, for a 1965 house, even with it been upgraded and renovated, that price tag is still a little steep...and without a deck. Plus, I like privacy fences.
@ShabazztheGreaterTaker Exactly... The agent will convince you that your off by think this is a little over priced. Prices differ from state to state. Where I have been all over the world you could get a pretty good home for 425
@Fiveohhhh804 I see that here in Virginia. This is why it has been so hard for my friend to purchase a home. I am from Michigan and though purchasing a home is expensive these days every where. Building from the ground up would get me a nice size home in a great area for 425 where I'm from
Agree. The homes are beautiful, however there should be at least shower/tub combo in the main bathroom. It really disappoints and eliminates those with small children or thinking of having children. Such a turn off not to have at least one tub.
