Nice home. Even though I don't do stairs anymore and def not electric. Why not carry the hardwood upstairs as well? I'm just thinking out loud. Walk-in linen closet, I like.
Wood flooring is more expensive and it is not uncommon to do a mixture, especially in the newer homes. Wood floors are standard in the more historic homes. I appreciate your feedback !
