This controller is better than scuff always break and you are spending more money for scuff just to get a broken controller. You can adjust the sensitivity on this controller which it can be a quick trigger so this controller is worth the money

That and honestly who is playing longer than 4 or 5 hours? Seriously. If I ever need more charge I have also plugged in the controller to a portable battery to charge it. So I don't even need to be close to my TV

@Fionn MacCuill simp justification? How about coming up with a cogent counter argument. I rarely if ever play longer than 4 hours. As I have an actual life and enjoy physical activity. It's as simple as putting it back to charge when you're through. If I happen to forget to put it back to charge. I use a portable battery because I have dogs that will trip on the cords because.... dogs

@Fionn MacCuill your use of the word "simp" tells me all I need to know about you. You sound like a petulant child. "Oh it's not working exactly how I demand it to be. Therefore it is shit." You can be disappointed in the battery life without denigrating the entire controller or saying it's a "simp" purchase. You know what I think is a bad buy? A controller for 200 quid that only has a 6 month warranty. I think the replaceable thumbsticks alone is a HUGE feature, as that is realistically one of the parts most likely to be damaged. I also think that the integrated first party software is huge plus. It opens up a ton of customization. I happen to enjoy the adaptive triggers. You're so hung up on battery life that you refuse to see the good and want to cry fowl. Do you throw a hissy fit every time something doesn't go your way? All pro controllers are around the same price tag. Scuf is more pricey and doesn't come with the nice case. Software functionality. Or adaptive triggers and a garbage warranty. AIM is the same. But I guess a simp like you wouldn't notice and would only complain about battery life.

Eh 4 paddles is still a better setup imo. Seems inconvenient when you can just press the extra button on the back immediately instead of the FN and whatever profile you want. Having that option is more for casual games.

@@D-NastyNoise no, but the scuf reflex is smaller, scuf used a whole different shell and is slightly smaller

No PC compatibility is unacceptable. Definitely a reason for me not buying this controller.

how in the eff are these priced so high, and not be pc compatible. for shame. should be pc compatible out the gate. and battery life that people have been saying. i was looking to replace my xbox elite controller. disappointed in you Sony... i really had high hopes.

@@RockLeeMC agreed, and they didnt warn people, some people got this and dont have a ps5 so you cant even remap back buttons even if it worked on pc, but 200 compared to other companies isnt overpriced, xbox elite has had wayy too many qc issues and 8 milisecond input delay is wild, i think aim controller is in the lead and have lifetime warranty

Go check the prices on scruff controllers and then say these r expensive. Witn this controller atleast u can fix the stick drift but on scuff u can’t

@@HamrJoe saw somewhere a third party is planning on that... the guys who made a controller for the switch with those kinds of thumbsticks, I think? It's money in the bank if they do.

@@oteroa2 I was actually looking for all 4 of the back buttons to feel different, or “pro” you know like every other $200+ “pro” controller…And in the details, Sony did say “travel distance” for the L2 & R2 buttons but did not address the L1 & R1 buttons at all, nor did any of the early reviewers…So imo Sony should have been more transparent when it came to the back buttons.

@@macruz8503 Most will use it on a pc. Most people who are willing to pay $200 for a controller also spend the extra money for a pc. The ps5 sat on my desk for one year untouched once I got a pc. The ps5 is for moderate gaming.

doesnt work for pc currently. no one is talking about it though. Try finding a non ps5 console review.

Not at all, the braided cable is long enough to charge from a good distance. If you've been playing for 6+ hours plus may be a good idea for you to to recharge too 🤣
