I had the pleasure of trying out the Dualtron Victor thanks to the folks at Ride the Glide here in Victoria BC Canada.
I like to review scooters and share my perspective as a big guy riding an electric scooter. Taking into special consideration, speed, acceleration, braking, portability, weight and lighting. The Dualtron Victor's new electric scooter is a beast, but a beast that's quite easy to manage and easy to fold up and lift into the trunk of a car.

Dualtron Victor Electric Scooter
IP54 rating. It is dust-proof and resistant to water splashes from any direction. The manufacturers state that you need to be careful of water when riding in wet conditions. It can be ridden through puddles and may get wet in the rain, but not recommended.

No there's no foot rest on the Dualtron Victor, the back mud guard is flexible plastic.
