I felt the part of raising teens. Single mom of 14 and 15 year old boys. We’ve been stationed in Korea and Germany since 2020 and I don’t want to return. Life is so simple and safe. They travel across the country in their own. My 15 year old has his own apartment to play futbol on a pro team. It is heaven

Just landed in Dubai for the first time. I have airbnbs in GA and doing very well. I look on Airbnbs site and I don’t like the low prices I see. Not enough profit for me but if I was planning on living here then yes. I make a better profit in the states.

I encourage everyone to research property ownership in Dubai. There are limitations on the areas that non-citizens can buy in. Also, she stated that some floors appear to be empty because one person owns the whole thing. If too much of this occurs, real estate will be overbuilt. Once an economic calamity occurs (they always do), prices will likely drop sharply due to excess supply. Something to consider….
We definitely need to hear more about this from an indigenous American woman's perspective. I would like to know how she established getting enough money to buy there and what other avenues have opened up for her since moving there

My very first time that I have traveled from Texas to Dubai was on the 2nd of March 2012, and I have countinued to visit this futuristic city several times. I was amazed about how clean, safe, and efficient the government of the U.A.E. is running their country like a profitable business. They have true leaders, who are planning the growth of their economy like 5 to 25 years in advance. Not a bunch of corrupt politicians like in America, who are stealing taxes, and running this country like a Banana Republic.
I would say you should come visit and make connections and even work in a brokerage first to learn the ropes and learn the culture. But it's pretty cheap to start a brokerage it costs minimum $16,000 for basic office license etc. The office rent will cost you minimum $10,000 a year depending on the area or if you go into a sharing office agreement.
There's a real estate crypto called crypto real estate (Cre.) It's licensed out of Dubai. (DYOR) Real estate and crypto is the future. This was a Great video!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Great thoughts! The year I almost over and very glad about the decisions I have made so far. Investing in the market earlier this year regardless of the market condition has saved my life. I made over 70k USD with a start of 25k in the last 7 months. I know it’s nothing compared to what others make but I’m glad I’m changing my finances. If things keep going well I might retire soon>.

Western people need to understand the LAWS in foreign countries before investing in them. Dubai is ran by a diverse group of people from around the world but it's still in the United Arab Emirates. A lot of Western people have went to jail for minor things because they thought thy were living under Western laws when in reality they are under UAE version of Islamic laws. One Black American RU-vidr spent months in jail for yelling in public. A White British guy spent months in jaw for accidentally touching an Arab mans thigh by mistake. They assumed he was a gay man 😂.
I would like to clear up the fact that men get the children if the women get a divorce which is not true. The women have automatic right over the children after the divorce. It's good to have a muslim who is also America who understands the culture and who adheres to the Islamic laws here. I'm a Real Estate Agent here and from Philadelphia ,muslim and speak Arabic so I understand this topic better ofcourse.
