I love the sound of these engines great piece of machinery the pipes doesn't matter its that rumble of that engine that twin awesome of course pipes can help or make worse on some bikes but not this baby
I had a red Ducati 848; boy, I miss that bike. I'm not fond of tank protectors because they obscure the beauty of the tank, but they are practical I guess. Can they be removed with no visible evidence that they were there? You can't beat the sound of a Ducati twin and the beauty of Italian design.
Hey Mark, depends on how long the tank protector was on and how much sun + washes it saw. More then likely there will be some color variation to show it was there. When I removed the clear ones that were there previously, I could see clear paint color variation. But the new opaque ones you see in the video covered it up well.

Are you trying to insert coin inside the tyre ?? do one thing dismantle the tyre and separate the tyre from alloy then fill how much coin you want. thats it !! why making so complicate

Haziq Z , I have had my 848 for over a year now. I have only one thing that seems to be a problem for the 848, and for some 1098, and don't know about 1198.. The front upper liquid cooler (just underneath the headlights) seems to crack. But it's not the biggest problem to solve :) I replaced my radiator with a new one from eBay, it costed around 150 €. And took a couple hours work with a friend. But a OEM radiator is around 1.000 €. But this one works perfect :) and the bike, it's a great bike for the twisting roads ;)
that's not too bad. I've seen them on ebay its not too dreadfully expensive. I don't get jealous at the sight of a panigale but if an 848 pulls up its just sexy. nice bike bro!!
bozo I suppose the ergonomics are quite noticeable. The Pani is more upright for comfort, seat is narrower, tank slope is less obtrusive, more wind cover. Seat gets hotter though.

other than Yamaha well maybe bmw to this is my 2nd choice also because that bmw is very very expensive and all that engine changing stuff to me would be an inconvienience
The Kyle USA part is a bracket, it allows the Ohlins steering damper to fit on the bike. In 2009 steering dampers were not standard on the super bike. They are now.
Ur bike is a badass damnit.. But the sound its not good.. Try and put another exhaust into it.. Bike is about sound if ur bike have no sound then nobody will like it even me✌😎
The tinted windscreen is the telltale sign of the poser, can’t see through it to use it correctly so must spend time riding between Starbucks for soy lattes. Sad about Nicky, knew the family when he first started racing with WERA.
Ducati bikes are very beautiful but I hate the sound of them and that's why I think I'm not going to buy one as my first bike , a harley even it's 2 cylinder like ducati but sounds very nice and I would love to have a harley as my first bike . Ducati sounds like a shit . ☺
robert bv keep in mind this video is taken on a camera phone. The bike sounds a lot better under load in person. Other Ducati bikes with better exhaust systems such as Termi and Akra sound even better. But take a listen to a Ducati in passing.
arisafghanzada my friend I heard a lot of ducati in reality and to be honest the sound it's really worst and with sport exhaust it's more worst as with stock exhaust , if I gonna be a ducati owner (which I think it's not gonna be possible because I really hate that sound ) for example never in my life I don't put a sport exhaust on it . The vibration of this bike from the video are more like in a stock harley davidson with stock exhaust , I prefer every time a harley as a ducati because of the sound . I will give you a example my dream bike it's a Ducati monster 821 but I don't think I will buy it because of the sounds which is more quiet than a 848 . Let's say at naked bike I will accept this sound but at a sport bike never I hope ducati in the next 10 years going to offer 4 cylinder in line engines and I will buy one because I tell you the truth panigale and monster are really beautiful but this sound make me going crazy mad I really don't like it .
