I don’t know why you’re bringing the M1000 into this conversation since we’re discussing the Panigale…. I have a 2024 V4R but if the M1000 was the better motorcycle, I would have bought it instead

@@BrewsAndBraaps The V4 is not designed for the street? Why does it have a license plate holder? Not a racing exhaust? A headlight? A sidestand? Etc…. I bet more than 90% of all Panigales are ridden to mire than 90% on the streets. You can claim the opposite and we won#t find out who is right. 😄

@@arming.9840 it’s street legal, but the bike is primarily designed and best suited for the track. Just like all top spec modern supersports. Sounds like you like to ride your motorcycles to the cafe instead of on the track (assuming you even actually ride). Cheers mate ☕️

@@BrewsAndBraaps I believe, of course, that you are a very, very capable bike racer (probably the best). This bike is made to be fast, not only on the track. Most miles almost every Panigale will spend on the street. Therefore it is consequent to cover that indication. The V4R is much more suitable for the track. They can spend the double-sided swing arm and the ugly wide front for this model. And get better performance and cooling. But for the street model it is a technical and optical drawback.

Bad comment. The design, in part, is what helps this motorcycle perform better than the previous version. If you mean styling when you say “design” that’s a subjective statement. The data would show it’s actually a good design as performance has improved…

The public buys a new bike because of the design, most of them don't even race on the track. Ducati will experience a drop in sales

@@thegogy88 no they won’t. People that buy these kind of bikes want the newest and latest tech. The only people hating on them are the ones that can’t afford to own them. Just like many others, you’re confusing design with looks. This bike was designed to be more aerodynamic in an effort to improve performance. Looks are secondary to the primary design of this motorcycle.

I'm Ducatista, I had the 748 and then the 999S. I'm about to buy the 2023 V4S and honestly I've seen a lot of criticism from the Ducatista group. From people who love Ducatis. I can afford it but I'll buy the previous model.

@@thegogy88 good for you but clearly looks are more important to you. I have a 2024 V4R (along with 4 other new Ducati’s) and while I do think my V4R looks better than the new bike, I’m still getting the new one to add to the collection because it’s the next level of performance. How can people possibly criticize a bike they haven’t had the chance to ride? They are simply saying they don’t like how it looks.
