Im new to bikes and all, how did you gear up from 1st to second when you started riding without holding the clutch? The clutch is on the left handlebar right? How did you do that?
You can instal an auto-blipper (type of motorcycle quickshifter that allows you to change down gears without using the clutch) or just a quickshifters (only work on up-shifts) while an auto-blipper works on both up-shifts and down-shifts.
@@zaakbn Oh thats what they do? Thats sick! So a quickshifter only works on upshift but downshits you still have to use the clutch. But an auto-blipper can do both, doesnt that make the clutch completely useless? This is really interesting, thanks for the response! Would you say a quick shifter is worth it?
@@Atoximed Quickshifter only works when you "Shift gears". Beside that, the clutch is still required for stopping to a halt, going from stand still and low speed manuvers. Clutch is not useless.
