How to remove rear tail light housing, add wiring to reversing power make an external housing for beeper and connect it altogether. Note: black cable of beeper is connected to any metal part of the van.

Be careful of malicious people who will try to take advantage of your backup alarm by using it as an excuse to threaten to sue, fine, and arrest you for disturbing the peace or whatever. My family used to have a melody reverse alarm tone installed for SAFETY until my neighbour intentionally blocked us from reversing out of our own driveway to desperately record "noise evidence" and prolong the noise. We never got any formal warning or letter from the police to fix it either so, stay safe from those type of people twisting up the story.
Could you kindly confirm what size spanner is needed to undo the two rear light cover retaining bolts? It look like a small extension bar is needed as access from inside looks awkward - was it tricky and would a flexible socket drive be useful? Thank you!
Hi, you've added your question to my comment, rather than to the video. Not sure if that makes any difference in terms of who can see it. I don't know the size, but it's a spanner that's in the Fiat toolkit that comes with the van. Hope you find it ✌
Really useful many thanks, i just wanted to replace the housing having cracked mine, but as you say there was no video showing how to do this. Considering people will need to do this to replace a bulb, i am suprised there wasnt a video showing this already.
