That looks fantastic Wes! I have never tried sudachi, but there are similar citrus fruits used in Korean and Indian cuisine. I have never tried green Sichuan peppercorns either. Another great reason for staying tuned to your channel my friend! Shared.

Wow, Wess. I love the flavour profile you went for. I love miso. Excellent shot on the skillet. Where did you find the mushrooms? I always wanted to try the mushroom called, Chicken of The Woods.

The mushrooms are from a special spice shop in Paris, but i never heard of "chicken of the woods". Have a great weekend Ivy!

@@thegourmetgambit4238 True! Or anyone who wants to eat less cholesterol. I just made a bean curd scramble in my air fryer (for a later video), and I was thinking of you and Pete Thomas. You guys have such a natural understanding of herbs and spices. If you have time, I'd love to see you do a bean curd (tofu), sorta scramble.
