Hi. I just got mine from Amazon today and I have 1 problem. When I try to turn on the light, it blinks and then goes off. If I hold the button down, it gives a strobing effect. I get it to work sometimes but I have to play with the buttons. Is there a fix to it, or should I return it? Thanks
You would have to talk to the seller about that. I don't have any associate with DUCLUS aside from them sending me this light box. I don't have any other models.
