On Android? If so then maybe it was updated the update does not include a vocoder...If that is your issue?

I'm not sure I understand your question sir...In windows you still have to install it. Link in the description. For Android the version listed in the description has the vocoder installed. just remember NOT to update it in google play. You will get the version without the vocoder. Hope this helps.
