Sad to see it go, but, if it had lain empty for many years because it was no longer frequented, and was no longer a viable business, what do you expect?
Yep sadly that era has gone were not a nation of theatre goer's any more and it was not used as one for 40yrs anyway shame to see historical buildings go but it was in no way viable to keep.
