Good and hard work, with minimal machinery. I am very much afraid, however, that it is not the best work that should have been done. The wheel is off center and will very soon destroy the bearings and other mechanical parts due to material fatigue.
А что, никому в голову не пришло снять колеса и их отвезти в ремонт а не везти весь каток ? Столько лишних денег и времени было потрачено, во-первых: на кран чтобы поднять каток, два раза, загрузка и выгрузка, во-вторых: на грузовик чтобы отвезти каток. Wasted a lot of time and gas by using that cutting torch to heat. Should have used a welding torch with the biggest nozzle, would have got it red heat in no time and over a much bigger area. Regards from Australia.
Pakistan is constantly moving from garbage to garbage. If the rims were not garbage before the accident, they certainly are afterwards. Any place else the rims would be thrown away because they are garbage, cannot be repaired properly, and are a safety hazard. It is only a matter of time before the rims fail again and there is another accident and another cycle of moving from garbage to garbage begins again.
