Try This is a series of videos dedicated to sharing interesting games and game playstyles. This video discusses Duke Ulder Ravengard a new commander from Battle for Baldur's Gate. This is the first Myriad commander and he can provide a HUGE threat in early game when all your opponents are still around. His value potential abusing ETB triggers and some rule interactions are actually insane. It was really fun building around and playing this commander. It was interesting and unique compared to most lists I've run in the past.

Just a heads up the arch angel the myriad would only get you 2 copies with myriad so you would have 3 total and get 9 +1/+1 counters if all three connect, nice vid though

Would also recommend bonders enclave if you can swing it into the list with the mana base

@@Devin-oh7gr Good catch! You're right it would only make two copies. Also thanks for the suggestion! It probably would be a good idea to add a bit more draw to this deck.

@@MadHatterYT can be tough with some of the color reqs but i have the same problem with myriad sometimes when im just thinking about a deck with it, 4 players and i think 3 triggers.

oh, look into Adriana, Captain of the Guard. She gives everything Melee, which basically means in the really game, everything get's +3/+3 because the Myriad makes you attack everyone anyways. gatherer.wizards.com/pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=416830

This is incorrect as the myriad tokens enter tapped and attacking. The melee buff occurs when the creature is declared as an attacker and the tokens would not “see” the trigger because they were not declared as attackers
