It's surprising how the pressure cooker does a job that takes 2-3 hours otherwise in just 20 mins ! Great trick- saves so much time, energy, efforts and of course- unnecessary wastage of fuel most importantly..
Looks luscious. Very easy too. A friend from Coorg, told me that they cook it for a little longer and then cut it into cubes. It is then added to a simple custard and fruit salad.
Aditi, I followed your recipe for the dark chocolate ganache and it was amazing. Will post soon. If I use this recipe to make white chocolate cream cheese frosting, which one of these would be ideal? The second (spreadable consistency) or the last one (the one used to make whipped cream white chocolate)? Thanks and best regards ❤️😊
Can you please tell me the name of the pressure cooker you are using. The only thing I don’t like about Indian pressure cooker is the hissing sound it makes every few minutes.
Hello.. I did this method but unfortunately it did not work out for me... When I opened the can it was only half cooked (caramelised or something). So since I opened it.. I did the oven method.
Long time.if you don't open the can.but is much better cooked. for 3 hours.and the can not have opening thing..in case explore it.ok.care with that...my English is not good.but I try to explains you..
Scam. Scam. Scam. I followed the instructions and ended up with a slightly darker condensed milk. Not Dulce de Leche. It ruined my whole can because I couldn't put an open can back to cook again.
yes. check out preppy kitchen. but basically, you pour out the amount of condensed milk you want in a bowl, put it in a water bath with the water above the level of the condensed milk, cover the bowl with some foil and put it in the oven
