Brother, I thank God for you! You are leading people out of bondage with your simple messages and I am one of them. I don't know how old you are but God has blessed you with a tremendous amount of wisdom for someone who seems so young. I really like that your focus is on salvation. I am sure that in eternity there will be many, many people who will be there because they found your channel. I am sure you don't do it because of this but your reward in heaven will be great. Awesome video. Those who teach the “heart faith versus head faith” flapdoodle are strongly implying that God is looking for loopholes to get out of saving people, when the Bible is clear that it is the opposite case: God made salvation a free gift, obtained by faith in Jesus. It’s as easy as it can get.

Absolutely. I was raised Pentecostal and then Word of Faith. I got confused and discouraged and went out into the world for many years. It wasn't Jesus that was the problem it was his fan club. You know, the religious ones that continually make you feel bad or not good enough. I never denied Christ in my heart; I thought I was not saved anymore but I always believed and even felt guilt and shame for letting Him down. Years later (about 6 months ago) I "came back" (not realizing I was never really "gone"). I knew a lot of the doctrines I had learned were false *except* I thought for the repentance and works part. (That had a lot to do with leaving too; I didn't feel good enough). So I started going to a noncharismatic church and set about to do good works. In 4 months I was exhausted, confused and again thought I wasn't good enough, I couldn't do enough. Then I found Ono's channel. Initially I would cry at almost every video; I struggled - is it *that* simple? I started looking up verses he referenced. I went to other channels that push works, Lordship Salvation, that you're not saved if you sin. This time instead of being confused the Word opened up to me. I still struggle with the old beliefs but their voices are getting smaller. I rejoice in my salvation now, and instead of giving me a "license to sin" it has propelled my relationship with Jesus forward. I am not fearful over my salvation anymore and (this is private but I want to share) I have a song in my heart of love for Jesus. More than ever. I sing to Him; sometimes they are songs I know but sometimes they are "made up". I don't have a great voice after years of smoking but I *know* He loves every minute of it. Thank you Ono for everything.
@@joshuas2943 God gave Isreal a Prince and a Saviour and they needed to repent of their faith in keeping the laws of Moses for salvation and put their faith in the Prince and Saviour Jesus Christ the Messiah to be saved. Isreal had a faith issue. Repentance and remission of sins should be preached to all nations. Yes. Repent of your faith in your false gods and you shall recieve remission of sins through Jesus Christ the one and only true God. Nobody has faith that their sins will save them. You can't turn from your sins to be saved because you don't have faith in your sins to save you. Nobody goes to hell because of their sins. Sinners go to hell. Sinners go to heaven. Unbelievers go to hell. Believers go to heaven. Unbelievers repent of their sins and go to hell. Believers repented of their faith and go to heaven.

That is the only way to handle your sins... by putting your faith in Jesus and letting his blood Cleanse you from all unrighteousness... by having him place your sins as far as the east is from the west... If you try to do anything with your sins to be saved then your faith is not in the one who is the propitiation for the sins of the whole world. People are being lied to by smooth talking preachers who say you need to repent of your sins to be saved... you need to change your life to be saved. You need to put your faith in Jesus and not repenting of your sins to be saved. It is NOT both. It is not repent of your sins AND trust in Jesus. It is only believe in Jesus... put your faith and trust in Jesus. Let Jesus take care of your sins.
Its funny that you posted this! I just got in disagreement with a fellow believer about this. I hate this "head faith, not heart faith" nonsense. I argued the same thing, that the Bible doesn't make a distinction.

Yes, but as far as i can see, correct me if im wrong, it only talks about believing with the heart, not the mind\head, so there is no distinction. Believing, is believing with the heart.

This what worried me when you said it caused confusion and corrupt twisted, how many in the past 2000 year got the right gospel?! There was no internet back then, no Ono to let them know the good news, the true gospel They just stuck with local preach or newsletter So how many are truly saved? 😢😢😢😢
We don't know how many, but yes before the printing press in 1450, so in the middle ages people couldn't even afford to buy a bible, because the only way to read one is one handwritten, plus they didn't go back to the oldest versions like we do now. Those bibles in the middle ages were translated every time becsuse just like today Latin changes, and if the 1st translation had 1 falut, the 2nd would have 3 for example, and the 6th would have 19 faults with translation so yeah idk
Dont worry. If people like Ono exist today to preach the True Good News, there was without a doubt people who likewise read the scriptures and came to the same conclusions. You see, the thing is, people only get confused when they do not place the authority of the Bible first before man. They create idols and when the idol says something that contradicts scripture, the said person cannot see the contradiction to the scripture because they are looking at scripture through their idol's lens. That is why the bible says let God be true and every man a liar because when you let one man be true, you view scripture through that person's lens rather than the truth.

Very good! Sadly, my own mother believes there's a difference between "head" faith and "heart" faith. Well, try telling that to ALL the analytical ppl who have put their faith in Christ, most of them being men. My husband is one of them, and he's very much saved. I am more emotional, and still crawl up in Jesus' lap and rest my head. I am, without a doubt, also saved. People need to be careful deciding who's saved and who isn't depending on their personalities.
It depends what the distinction is supposed to mean. There is a difference between believing Jesus is who he claims (God the Son), that he died on the cross, and was resurrected, and actually putting your trust in him. Demons know that God is real, and that Jesus is the Son of God, but they haven't put their trust in him. "You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that-and shudder." (James 2:19) "Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was." (Mark 1:34) “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, don’t torture me! For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man.” (Luke 8:27-29) If head faith means intellectual knowledge of who Jesus is, the demons had that, but they definitely hadn't put their trust in him. If heart faith means having the knowledge of who he is, and then actually putting your trust in God then the analogy is correct. People who believe in God intellectually, but want nothing to do with him, don't have faith as the Bible means it.
@@nsubugapaul4900 James would have no reason to bring up that even demons believe in God if there was no application possible to people believing in his existence, but not putting any trust in God. Faith isn't just knowledge of Jesus, as the demons had, it's putting your trust in Him once you know that. When you say you believe in someone it means you trust them, that you have faith in them, not just knowing they exist or did some things. Do you really think saying, "yeah he is who he claims, but I don't trust him and want nothing to do with him", counts for believing in Jesus as the Bible means it?
Excellent video! The Bible actually sets the standard that we are to be “fully persuaded.” See Scripture: “And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.” (Romans 4:21)

The Greek word for believe also has strong symptoms such as assured in or confidence in as much as I like king James transliterations can miss there meaning it quite literally means what ono is saying

I have gone around more than a year doubting my salvation because I suspect that I have commited the unforgivable sin. I do however believe the gospel you preach. But it means nothing I guess if I have blasphemed the holy spirit by resisting/rejecting God.
I have heard that if you are concerned about having committed it then you haven't, because someone who has will neither care nor turn to God. I have heard a couple of things - that the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is when you attribute His works to the devil. On the other hand, I have heard that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is when you have rejected God to the point that you are reprobate and neither know it or care. Edit: I am not God but it seems to me if you believe then you have not committed it. We are not to follow man, I know that, however I think it might be a good idea to ask Ono. If you go to the main page of his YT channel scroll down and there should be an email address that you can get by proving you're human (check a box). He may already have a video about it, not sure. What difference does it make if according to your other video that that's not referring to unbelievers but rather believers concerning The sermon on the Mount and like passages such as if we don't forgive people their trespasses God won't forgive us. All you said was God is only going to be as good to us as we are to others which is terrible news for a sinner
@Onorato Diamante Genuine question I was asked that I could not answer with confidence. We believe that only those who trust in Christ alone are saved. What if you came to faith believing that, then later got led astray into believing, not even pure works based salvation, but the subtle "saved not of works, but genuine faith produces works" kind. It draws a direct conflict between OSAS and saved by trusting in Christ alone. Am I right to assume that they are still saved even if they got led into the wrong doctrine? When we are faithless He is faithful right?

The Bible does talk about a faith that does not save. It also talks about another Jesus. There are plenty of people who "have faith in Jesus" who will go to hell.
It doesn’t mean to believe Jesus exists. It means to believe that He took our punishment in our place so we can have forgiveness of sin and eternal life.

I started to see this too. Many passages speak on the unbelievers "perishing." And humans are not immortal ....believers "put on" immortality at the second coming when receiving the new,glorified bodies. The unbelievers will be face death(never to live again ). "Fear Him who can kill body and soul"
What is ironic is that if anything it would be the opposite, 'head faith' that permits salvation. Because in order to be saved we must REPENT (Change our MIND) and BELIEVE the gospel. The heart CANNOT do this! Only our mind can do this! Of course, there is no distinction made. Both head faith and heart faith happen simultaneously upon belief of the gospel. As Onorato points out, the simplicity in the gospel is to believe and put your faith in Jesus Christ.
Ok, so I have been watching the free grace teachings for a few days now (hours upon hours) and I am just confused about a few things. 1. As someone who does believe in Lordship salvation, I am not trusting my works one bit for my salvation, but only Jesus Christ. If this is a " damnable heresy " Can you explain why? (Again, I've watched tons of your videos already and am still confused). 2. I'm pretty sure I agree with metanoia being a change of mind, and in context its always being said to unbelief (at least when used to a unbeliever). In Isiah 59:20, which the apostle quotes in Romans 11:26, it does seem to be God turning people away from their iniquities. I don't see how that's wrong. 3. Last one for now, John 3 is quoted a ton, but never "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. John 3:19-21" So saying a christian's "works" are really God's works (wrought in God) seems to take the works and put them on God instead of us. So why call everybody who says "Christians will have good works" and call them heretical if they aren't even the Christians good works, but God's? Thank you for your time.
@@Scarred-7I think it may be a misunderstanding. Grace through faith disciples are the ones I see most "walking out" their faith in following God's ways. Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. The will of the Father is to believe( trust on) the Son. Nothing we do as far as our behavior/acts can earn our prize of salvation, or to keep it. We are sealed for all eternity at the time of us understanding our need for the savior and trusting Him. But we SHOULD behave in a manner worthy of God once we are saved.

When our following in Gd's ways is an effect of being indwelled with his spirit to walk worthily and as a good example.
I have always viewed salvation like something that is once received and then becomes forever inherited in us but I was recently reading Timothy 1:6 and I saw something that tripped me up. 1 Timothy 6:12 KJV [12] Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. The passage says "lay hold on eternal life" and I see this as salvation being something you hold onto and can personally decide to give up because your holding on to the eternal life like it's a object. Is there any other way of interpreting this because it seems like it goes against free grace and once saved always saved but I want to be informed and continue believing in the correct doctrine.
Seems it may mean to" seize" it and after you have it(salvation), walk out your faith in a worthy manner. Not to "earn" salvation (because you already have it, but to be a good example/ ambassador for God.
I'm dying , I'm losing faith and belief, I still sin daily and I don't repent. My time is up ! I try to believe but I got nothing left in me. Been backsliding my whole life, I guess I'm being punished or just being left to die by him idk anymore, I guess I killed myself throughout my life and now it's catching up to me! I do think about Jesus all the time everyday even before I sin but I assume that's not the same as believing we're having faith. Sorry everyone I filed

I thank God at the end of each night that I am still sane and pray for Him to keep me sane. The Bible tells us that God speaks to us through His word (the Bible). Don't worry about not "hearing" a voice or "seeing" a sign. Read your Bible and this is how He speaks to each of us. Yes, there is corruption in all of the Bibles and within the church itself. I had to get out of the church in 2022. I'd had enough of lying, arrogant, gimme, gimme more money "pastors". The doubt comes, for me, from listening to false teachers or reading lying commentaries. I just realized the other day, that when Jesus spoke to one of the churches in Revelation chapter 2 or 3, Jesus said come back to your first love. I thought about Martha and Mary in the Gospels. Martha worked, worked, worked for others but Mary sat and listened to Jesus (we read the Bible) and Jesus said Mary was doing the best work (bad paraphrase, sorry). So now, I read my Bible daily. I do a weekly Bible study with one other woman and use Strong's numbers to find the true definitions in each word of that week's Bible verse. I was suprised by how often we found words that mean differently today which changed the meaning of the verse, had we not learned the original meaning of the word. satan is working hard to deceive and confuse and drive crazy all of us. But you and I believe that Jesus died for our sins, rose from the dead and was seen by many (paraphrase). 1 Corinthians 15 1-4. And I pray even when my mind tells me not to. I stay away from televison, social media and secular music. I have frequent moments of feeling I'm losing my mind, but each night in bed, I thank God I didn't. Why does the KJV Bible say Book of Life and modern Bibles say Tree of Life. It’s located in Revelation 22:19. I’m confused someone I watch reads the Greek and says it’s mistranslated and should read correctly the tree of life not book of life can you verify this information please I don’t read the original language ❤
The tree of life, is a life-giving tree created to enhance and perpetually sustain the physical life of humanity. Adam would “live forever in his fallen condition, if he had eaten the tree of life after his sin. That is why God had an angel block Adam and Eve from accessing it. The book of life(which is the same as the Lamb's book of life), has the names of all who have been redeemed by Christ.
If you look in his playlist section there is one about the sinnner's prayer. It will show you the context of Romans 10:9-10 which actually begins in Romans 9:1 through the end of chapter eleven. The context will show you those in Romans 10 are already saved Jews who get saved on the day of the LORD who then call on God to physically save/deliver them from the end times catastrophes...
@@OnoDiamante I have now watched most of the play list and I think my question is not clear. Though in the Playlist it seems like you are actually answered my question. I was not referring to confession to be saved. I don't believe it is necessary but also don't find it to be a problem. Anyway, besides the point. I'm referring to this very video where you state that distinction between head faith and heart faith is not biblical. It seems very clear to me that Romans10: 8-10 says heart faith. Obviously it is faith in Jesus Christ alone. But in thine heart. Just because "believing in thine head" is not there. Does not mean it doesn't exist.
The Bible says “if you confess with your mouth and believe IN YOUR HEART” you will be saved. James tells us that intellectual assent is not enough for even the demons believe and tremble. So I think you are wrong on this one. You can intellectually believe that God is God and that Jesus died and rose again but if you don’t put your trust in Him from the heart you won’t be saved.
@@OnoDiamante no of course not but what I believe the authors of scripture were trying to convey is that we must place our trust in Christ for our salvation from something deep within us. Christ told us that the healthy don’t need a doctor but the sick person does. We need to feel some conviction over our sin and our need for Him. We cry out to Him to save us . That’s what the scriptures teach about salvation. They don’t teach intellectual assent gets you salvation. Many people intellectually believe that Jesus was a real person and died on the cross but they don’t put their trust in Him for salvation. We all know people like that who aren’t atheists but have no saving relationship with God whatsoever. They mentally agree with the facts of Jesus in His death , burial and resurrection but have no saving relationship with Him from the heart . The Greek word used for heart actually means the inner self, a reference to the volition, desires and mind of a person. I just looked it up on Logos software. So yes it’s belief deep from within and not just intellectual assent. There will be many people in hell who aren’t atheists, Buddists , Hindus or Muslims because they never believed in their heart on Christ for their salvation.
@@OnoDiamante if you were to ask them if they are a Christian they would tell you yes because they believe in all the core doctrines of the faith. How would you convince them they aren’t saved? Because you just said in your last comment that they weren’t saved . In other words, what makes them unsaved and you saved even though you both believe the same things? You say they are unbelievers but they say they do believe because they believe that Jesus died for their sins just like you believe that he died for your sins. So why are they not saved and you are saved? You say they aren’t saved (which I agree with) but they will come back and say they are saved because they believe the same things you do. This is why you have to differentiate between true faith and head knowledge agreement of the core beliefs of Christianity.

John 3:18 The issue is belief v. unbelief, not "head faith" v. "heart faith." You stated, "They believe that Jesus died for their sins just like you believe that he died for your sins." This is incorrect. They're not trusting in the finished work of Christ ALONE, which constitutes unbelief. They may profess "I believe," but in reality, they are trusting in something or someone else.

There is no distinction between head faith and heart faith because they're tied together, upon which BOTH are utilized when the gospel is believed unto salvation. We are to REPENT (change our MIND) and BELIEVE the gospel, which are ONLY possible with our minds, NOT our hearts!

GOD knows when one truly believe in Jesus, and at that moment you will be born again by God not of yourself ,God will seal you give you a new heart, this doesn't happen because you repeat a prayer because you didn't want to to hell because a pastor told you to get your heavenly ticket by repeating a prayer
