1-2 sets are enough. Don’t go to failure on these sets. This will ruin your form and defeat the whole purpose. 6-8 reps are ideal for beginners to maintain proper form and still grow muscle and strength.

Love these workout vidz the red marks means where you should feel the burn while doing the exercises if you don’t and feel it in a different spot you’re doing the exercises wrong

Watch out for pain from the tendons in the elbow. I did some Zottmanns and couldn’t train at all for several weeks after. Screwed my golf up too- well that’s my excuse! Good luck.

@@richardfell7480 perhaps you went too heavy. I've done this routine 3 times each day and I've gotten no pain. When I grabbed my heavier pair of dumbells I start I feel pain so I switched back to the lighter ones. And I'm okay Sorry you had pain. I hope you recover well and quickly 🙏
