@@pubggamer-ik6dk 😂😂 bete aapke pitaji powerlifter h..150kg ki bench lga lete h..i just said thats not the perfect form..chote tu toh direct gireban p hath daalne lga
Yea Incline is much harder.....i can do 50kg dumb bells laying down, but have trouble doing 20kgs in any incline position. But i also don't have a spotter. I never go down the gym with anyone as you find yourself chatting and not training.
@@theshittybeatles5768 that’s a lie. You can’t do 50kgs on flat and only 20kgs on incline. Lying doesn’t do anything for you, best to get your ass to the gym instead.
@@LeoJr_ yes bro I've done that ... But for 3-4 reps ... On an incline bench.... In the lock down Im doing athlean X - cadence pushup test ... On that test my best is 19 .. not good enough ... Working up my way to a 30 count .or atleast 25 ... Give it a try n Lemme know if ur gonna try it yourself
I dont know how tall or heavy you are. Just so you know 50kg isnt RU-vid worthy anymore imo. Im not an angry teen. Just your regular gym bro who weighs 110kg. Based on your bulk you should be able to handle more, like +60kg. Your repped really fast. I thought you were going for 15 reps but ran out of fuel after 6. On the side note I disapprove the fact that you used spotter to grab the dumbbells.
Chago : a body spray can do the trick. Are we missing the essential message, he’s achieved a feat that most can never achieve in a lifetime. He should be appreciated
It’s literally just someone helping you lift. It doesn’t matter if another man touches you, there’s nothing weird about it. The only people who find it weird, just aren’t secure in their sexuality and manhood.
It's a strong lift but this guy looks quite a bit bigger than me and I can quite merrily do multiple sets of 10 (8 if I've done bench press beforehand). Granted its on less of an incline (though still on an incline)
Ever seen Brian Shaw train? He usually leaves a few reps in the tank. Heck even Ronnie Coleman sometimes saves his strength. Usually you have more than one set, or one excercise or just one workout a week. It's smart to avoid killing yourself so that you can stay consistent over long periods of time.
FLMKane But clearly this is some sort of PR for him otherwise he wouldn’t of posted it. If it was a PR or he just wanted to show his strength why not go till complete failure?
@@assassin0547 for views obviously. Also Bengali trainers don't encourage true reps to failure (positive, static AND negative rep failures) So nobody really does it that way. Very rarely do people go to what Dorian Yates or Arnold would call failure.
A dude weighting 100 kg & doing 8-10 reps on the dumbbell incline press is not impressive because that's his body weight. I can do 4 reps on the incline with the 50s and my weight is 80 kg so thats 20 less than both of the dumbbells combined, that's impressive.
