bro I am seriously starting to question your iq, try to get a delay of game with rt, you will get one. rb and analog stick is supposed to be to chip the puck off the boards, Rt goes farther and higher hold the puck to your forehand, you don't have to be an idiot and hold it for an absurd amount of time.
@@2BCProductions2BC What? You never acknowledged rb is a chip off the glass, and you dont have to charge it for that long to get it to go farther. it has nothing to do with the passing vs sauce its just buttons do multiple things which I'm not a fan of, it doesn't go as far which is the main argument and I agree but your follow up video to a botched rant just misses the mark again
He does not. Nasher did it on his Total Control tutorial. Its still possible. I dont remember how to do it, but Nasher mentions it in the video. Edit: Nasher talks about it at 9:41
@@Dave002 I am not supporting EA lol. I am not even buying this game. Its trash. I am just saying, dont lie that it doesnt work when it does and make 2 videos about it. I dont like the game. But I dont make up shi when I dont understand it. Yes its complicated and should be reworked. But it is "In the game"
Johnny, you goof, you have to hit the bumper and the trigger, hit A, then X, then rotate the stick 360 degrees, press Y, then the guide button, and then flip the stick up to get a proper dump. Like so Johnny sees!!!1!
....well they dump like in nhl94 ...I admit it goes 8-9 feet farther and a inch higher....I remember dumping the puck over the defense, man! Those were the days😂
Nerfing the dump and chase + the new pressure system are some of the worst decisions EA has ever added into a hockey game and that's saying something. I wish they'd learn that less is more and stop adding artificial nonsense to the game. Just let us play hockey.

Pressure system is actually sick I don't get what everyone is whining about. Hockey is not a sport played only on the rush no matter what the 99 speed kids in EASHL want you to believe. All the previous years have been is my team outshooting others 30-10 and out possessing them by 15 mins, only to lose 7-6 because of glitch goals and kids abusing the defensive AI to get breakaways. The pressure system is the closest thing to real hockey we've had in years.
@@zacharyomalley355 Yup. I think the pressure system is a great balance against the smooth brain rushers. No longer only the simplest rush, cut, shoot retreat to 1-4 turtle formation is rewarded. Creativity keeps the game fresh, its boring to rush and sucks to play against them, nobody can get any satisfaction scoring the same goal 1000 times. Just don't know how easily pressure can be abused, so the worst situation is: rush, puckdrag until pressure kicks in, cut, shoot, back to the turtle defence, repeat.
@@zacharyomalley355 Believe me. I'm a big believer in possession and cycling over end to end rush hockey myself. My buddies actually make fun of me for how often I'd use the dump and chase. I just believe that there were different ways to implement something like this than just having your players all collectively start defending and skating like Hal Gill when the other team has some possession time. Makes boxing out and keeping players to the outside a non-viable strategy in defending.

I played against a CPU team and the desperation animation during the pressure system made their goal stay down on his side as I scored a goal from the point. They just made goalies worse than they are because the goalies don’t fucking come up
It should be a lot higher, not at arm's reach to be grabbed at the blue line. It's either RB or RT not both at the same time.....maybe you should know what you're talking about too.
I don’t agree with this one if I’m completely honest. The RB and RT dumps might be the same when fully stopped, but I personally have a completely different experience of using both of them and here’s the important part: WHILE IN MOTION. Why do the comparisons in completely unrealistic circumstances? The RB dump is much weaker e.g. when dumping the puck out of the zone whilst being under full pressure. I’ve had situations where I didn’t get the puck out of the zone with the RB dump behind the net, but when dumping with RT dump it flies close to the centre rink. This is my personal take on this. If you have it differently, I won’t argue against that.
If you can flick a snap shot at 80 mph without pulling all the way back, why do you have to hold it all the way back just to dump the puck at 1/4 of the speed? It's absolute BS
If Nasher say it then it must be true......Dump is and has always been with R1. Because you can control it for chipping of the boards doesnt mean it's not the normal mid ice dump. With R2 it's more than likely one more broken aspect of the game that turned into a look alike dump...and better than the dump itself. If you go on the EA NHL forum, nobody will tell you the best dump in the game is now with R2 because....it's not supposed to. They even admit on nerfing to death the dump to make the new pressure system work as intended.
It takes too long and they'll know you're about to do it so you can get easily stripped/hit off the puck. The idea of the dump in older games was to get the puck out ASAP not sit there charging up a slap shot or a pass before dumping it.
-How do you make NHL worse? Take out hitting (pretty much), let unskilled players use buttons to do moves, make the dump take 10 seconds to hold down and do.. and put Johnny DistubedMan [Not real name] in a non-Be A Pro camera in a Be A Pro mode. Moon camera cheats for all. The Great Domski is spinning in his GRAVE!!!! He's what? Alive? Minecraft crap for all. Go back to BACKBREAKER FOOTBALL, when you were decent. They are the same dumps. My pass around the boards entering the offensive zone is completely gone now. We were forced to wristshot ot out of the zone.......because it takes an NHL player 10 seconds to charge up a dump and it can only go about 30 feet. EA stands for Eats ***
