well done...stick to the basics...people tend to confuse easy with complicated...its extremely important to stick to the basics...love the spotter idea...team work in this business is a lost art...life is so fast were always on the go...but if we all take 15mins...esp 1 min with a spotter we will all be even better professional drivers like this guy
