Answer: As soon as the relationship stops being easy. Men are generally not particularly perceptive. If you start seeing that their are issues in your relationship, it's been a problem in her mind for a while. Give them the good old "you don't seem happy, let's take a break" talk.

Totally on point. Self respect and self love are very important. More important then the respect and love you might be looking to receive from her by doing so much good for her. I once was told that if someone doesn’t respect you….to give them respect. Don’t beg for respect. Can you give them a little respect. I recoiled at this request. What?! When you start to pull your time attention energy and focus off of them And start putting it back on yourself Sometimes they come running Just make sure that if it happens You keep that focus on yourself Because your the man This is your dream Your the center of your universe Not another person that doesn’t even respect you Or can’t text you back and ghosts for a week Anyone who wastes your time Needs to learn to revolve around you or be left behind. I literally came on Casey channel one month ago to try to cure my one year relationship, indeed my girlfriend was displaying all signs of toxicity (disrespect, non cooperative, withdraw sex, always on her phone). Through the journey I learnt so much about women’s behavior and especially how I was supposed to behave, on my end (yes did screw up up - but new information new reaction) which mean not being insecure, nor weak for her and not wanting sex. We did break up two weeks ago. And the more I look back on this relationship combine with Casey’s advice, I now understand that the sweet spot (if not the only) is being the « side dude ». Being focus on my goals, being selfish to achieve my mission and having two / three girls around that are part of my journey without me being committed and not seeing them more than once a week. Never thought I would change that much (always been in couple), however I do think now this is the only way to go.

This answers my doubts and makes me feel better. I knew something was off. I wish I saw this video before, but I kept trying and trying. I hit my point only when I kept pressing and offering how do I help this relationship and I received ignorance and criticism that didn't make sense . We broke up before when it was her decision and I tried to come back each time. This time I broke up with her and I know she won't try to come back to me.
