What's up y'all. Been extremely busy this summer, but this is a dish that is especially meaningful to my family and I for numerous reasons. In this video my sister and I will be making Chicken and Chive Dumplings. We'll also talk a little bit about what it was like growing up Asian American. Hope y'all enjoy this video!

Dumpling filling ingredients and recipe (most things are to taste):
2 lbs of ground chicken (can use any meat)
Ginger
Chives
Corn Starch
Soy Sauce
White Pepper
Chinese Vinegar
Shaoxing Wine
Avocado oil (use about 1-2 tbsp)
