Finally a restorator who actually knows what she is doing. Im sick of watching people take good furniture, paint it white and call it a renovation. No. You actually took on a piece of trashy furniture and made it luxurious
@@RobertSmith-vr9bs ?? They’re not saying they’re better, they just don’t like the way that someone does something. If you don’t like how someone paints, that doesn’t mean that they have to be Vicent van Gogh to have the rights to critique artists. You just have to have a brain that lets you form thoughts and opinions, which in most cases, people do.
Hell yeah, she did. I have ziplocks full of hinges, pulls, and their screws. Keeps it all together, and when a box gets tumbled on the floor, I pick up a bunch of bags and put them back, and I have a 3 minute exercise session with no emotional stress about which brass screw goes with which hinge, or is this the right size when I want to use it in a few months.

When you started with the in line wood, I didn't like it and was wo dering if you were crazy!! But in the end, you showed me I wasn't smart enough to wait! Wow!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I love how you added the paneling! I think it would have looked great with the black painted panels and all the drawers stained and kept wood. Like Japanese style.
Wow! I normally like when folks refinish older furniture with stain vs paint, but you changed my mind on this one! Staining the top drawer and adding the pine strips really brought it up a notch. Wonderful job! I love see so many people on this app flipping older furniture. I dont know if it's the algorithm or what, bur It seems more females have been hopping on the flipping furniture trend.
I love what folk do with salvaged furniture. The ultimate in recycling. Perfection! Even if I don’t like it ( I do, by the way, very much) I love the concept. I don’t buy new furniture. I buy good old stuff and upcycle. Makes me happy. I’m getting more ambitious too. Great wee video🎉🎉🎉
Wow - this is definitely a "trust the process" example for me. I was absolutely hating those wood pieces on the front, this finished piece is awesome. Love the one drawer different.
Keeping the drawers in place to add the front pieces is a great woodworking skill! People underestimate something that simple being a good idea, but it really is a solid technique!
This piece looks great! I don’t know if I would’ve seen the potential in this!! I love it! ❤❤❤❤Did you list the tools that you use? They can be so useful.
I admire ppl who can fix furniture so it can be used again. My dad this & that how all 8 of his children had furniture. He was so smart. Nice work by the way.
Best flip I have seen in a long time !❤️ a lot of people flip furniture and they are good … but they all seem to follow the same set pattern this is the first time I have seen someone do something truly different ! And it truly does look high end and classy ! 💕
