The gold disco globe...Dollarama often has sheets of small glass or maybe they are plastic silver or gold tile squares similar in the craft section. You may find something that works for replacement. Or Joanns, Michael's or hobby lobby. Just to replace the missing one. The music box, mabe a replacement tune at a thrift store like goodwill. Pretty on its own. Nice haul.

Nice score! Glad you found some keepers and got some nice cash for the phone. That plant you rescued (we know it as a snake plant or mother-in-law tongue!) needs to be inside. Being out in the cold is why the poor thing is struggling.

You might want to change the soil in the plant. The soil is probably depleted. Fertilizer works good.

Kelly that is awesome on the barware!! Those were so pretty, and amazing that only one cup was broken. And that Click it monitor, I saw one listed USED on ebay for $37 plus $25 ship....so if it works, yep someone might need one for their security system. That was cool you were able to get cash for that phone & still be able to sell the box and cord (attachments) too. It was nice to see how those kiosks work I was happy for you to say you could paint the platter. If you need it glossy you can either use a glossy enamel paint like they use for model car painting or you can gloss it up with a clear nail polish or maybe even just use a red nail polish that matches. It is so cute, and even more so due to Alex's biz.

I have found that the metal part from those folders work really well to unclog sinks and bathtubs. I keep a few of them in the bathrooms under the sinks. It is faster and cheaper than going out and buying Draino.

For the gnome platter, just take some white craft paint and a small round sponge applicator and dab the top chip to make it look like another white dot! Too cute! Love the snow globe! Definitely doesn’t belong in the trash. 😊

Just a small caution, might not be good to leave your mirrored ball in the sunlight unattended. We had a friend who had a fire start in her home because sunlight was reflecting on a dresser mirror in their bedroom. This also goes for leaving water bottles or hand sanitizer (flammable) in cars. The light can refract through the bottles and work like a magnifying glass.

That PLANT! It's my favorite. They are sensitive to water. I'd only water it once a month or it may die! Make sure the soil can drain. You can also cut a leaf off and it will re-root if the whole plant looks like its dying... Long live the snake plant!

2:32 you missed the monitors box it may have had cables/paperwork in it. What a nifty machine! I've never seen one like thst here in Australia, perhaps in the cities maybe. We recycle them at recycle bins; the only way to sell a used one is on FB or Ebay. $35, not bad for a dumster watch!!

I'm about 30 minutes from you and we have alot of luck at Dollar General finding food. Have you ever gone there? In the bigger cities alot of DGs have compactors but around here we dont so I didnt think Denton probably did either. Also maybe you should check Kroger and Albertsons this time of the year for useable holiday food items. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I just LOOOVE YOU !!! I use to ( DUNPSTER DIVE ) ALL the time !!! 😀 My mate and I would DRIVE sometimes, but, usually we would walk with backpacks... We would find salad stuff ( that you peel ) cucs., onions, radishes, on and on... I would sometimes find boxes of tomatoes with a little tiny blemish... Would take them and ( HOME CAN THEM... 😍 One time we found a whole box of small heavy creamers, dated to expire the next day... Took them home and made butter... 😘😁😘 At one place a nice lady came out and saw us... She said, " hold on a minute, I'll be right back ! " She brought a whole box of lunchmeat out and handed it to us... It hadn't even expired... ( We FROZE it ! 😀 ) I miss those days ! 😢 I'm older now and have moved to a very small town... We have one MERCANTILE store and hardly any waste... I hate the way these ADVANCED countries are SOOO WASTEFUL !!! Really SAD when you see the malnourished all over our planet !!! 😢 I know, if I lived in a bigger place, I would still drag these old joints into dumpsters !!! One of my favorite things in my WHOLE LIFE !!! ❤ THANK YOU GOD, for YOUR PROVISIONS !!! 😍❤😘 GOOD DIVING, DEAR ! 😀

You can fix the gnome platter by applying some red nail polish to the chipped spot.

For the gnome plate since the chips are mainly on the edges-if you find glossy nail polish the same color it will make it less noticeable. Love the decanter!

Honestly, if you wanna get CVS and Wal Greens, you have to do it just right after they close and you will find everything. Thats when I do it because everybody else hits it before you get there if you dont do it at night. But it is worth it, you wouldnt believe the stuff I habe gotten from just those two stores. Also Dollar Tree and the Dollar stores.

Hello from upstate New York! i just found your channel, I've been bing watching you since......I've been getting things from the trash for over 20 years......i also do apartment cleanouts for a living.....im always amazed and saddened by the wastefulness of people.....pretty much my entire home is furnished and decorated with things people deemed as trash......your videos are wonderful....and now i don't feel so weird being the trash girl, lol......keep saving stuff from the trash, i know i always will.....you are awesome!!

That is a snake plant. It is happy in the house or shaded area does not require much water. It will freeze so make sure you take it inside if it is 40 or colder. Will live forever and make babies. I have one twenty years old it was my grandmothers.

I had a bunch of hangers that I needed to clean that I got dumpster diving a month ago and I used hand sanitizer. Not only is it clean but smells good too. The hangers sell well. I divide them between notched and regular. I usually sell 50 for $4. What a steal. They sell well.

Oh, as a side note any stained or torn tshirts you find that you can't sell or donate make the best grease rags.....i bag them and give them to local mechanics to use.....they are always happy to get them and it gives those shirts one more shot at usefulness before they hit the trash❤

Hi hun, about that plant that you found, it’s nick name is the mother in laws tongue because it’s a hearty plant and doesn’t die easily. Take it indoors, water it only when the dirt is dry. Over watering will cause it to yellow. It’s really not an easy plant to kill off. But someone totally let it go and never watered it. It likes warmth and light.

If you check at Michaels there must be a way to paint the chip on the gnome platter. I bet they sell a paint and /or a sealer to repair it. I get so happy to see you find great things.

Just thought I d tell...the big dumpsters have a latch on the corner that let's you walk into dumpster! It's easy to use so you can get into the large dumpster without scaling the side that's so high!!!!

I’m glad you are diving in retail now, there are a couple of divers I randomly watch that dive strictly retail and really score big time. One couple is so successful at diving that that is their job, they donate, sell on eBay, etc and go to swap meets and have garage sales. One goes diving at night, she donates tons of stuff to her local pantry. I am amazed at how well she does. Oh forgot to mention that the couple found a cricut machine in the last video I watched of the couple, it was brand new, and that was their second one, the first they gave to their daughter. They also found so many Lakeshore items, Lakeshore is a school supply company. They do really well diving at Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Barnes & Noble.I think you just upped your game!
