I went two weeks ago dumpster diving and found 18: 5 lb bags of jazmine rice. Amazing haul! I was totally pumped. Keep it frugal ppl !✌🏼👍

@@TheLofiDragon They want the shelf space for faster moving products. And, they don't want to employees time taken up with donating to food banks. Also, they don't want to use cooler space storing stuff until food banks can come get it. They just want it gone when they restock shelves.

I went to a new Aldi where i live and it was filled to the top over flowing. I was too chicken to grab anything so i just saw it from far. Its like seeing your crush wanting to say hi..lol

U should raise chickens for fresh eggs and u can feed them a lot of dumpster food. I wonder if ur zoned for chickens? It’s fun to hear a rooster crow in the morning. My friend in Holland had a neighbor who kept his rooster on the roof of their apartment building and the neighbors loved the feel of the countryside. No one complained.

Amy, how big are your freezers? You must have one absolutely chocka block with bananas! Hot dogs up the waahuzzi! Ahhh poor Dwayne, bless you for your sneezes, geranium rosemary and peppermint oil, 4 drops of each in a bowl of hot water and inhale under a towel for 10 minutes and you will breathe easy all night. I wish our @ldi had shorter cans. It’s very hard to get in them. I bought a grabber like daddy has, the 4 ft one. Please keep diving and making videos.

On Modern family Claire had been trying to get Phil to try a wedge salad for years. Someone else told him to try one. He was going on about how great it was. Claire was so pissed. By the way, you can freeze whole bags of fresh kale and just dump it in your smoothies as much as you need then put it back in the freezer.

Lint traps are used for trapping lints from your washing machine drain hose to your sink drain. They help keep your drains clean. I use them all the time . They really work.

Mary Pettinari hang in there Mary ; we found 3 turkey breast and a baking hen 3 weeks ago and a couple of hams. I still have 6 hams in my freezers not counting how many I’ve given away. Found like 8 turkeys around this time last year so be on the lookout

If anyone gets caught diving during the day time they lock up the dumpsters here. But you will always find some who just don't care and do it anyway.

It's illegal to dumpster dive here and most of our local big stores' dumpsters are locked or compacted. However, Whole Foods, and I believe Trader Joes, actually do donate to the food bank. But I know there are divers in the private dumpsters of apartment complexes because I've seen them.

The lint traps go on the end of the discharge water hose coming from the washing machine (when it drains). It collects lint so it doesn't clog up whatever you are draining that hose into, such as a slop sink, another pipe that drains into the house discharge pipe, etc.

we don't buy hot dogs often..we both have a different favorite brand..but when i do, i put one hot dog and one bun in a sandwich bag (which i will reuse for the same items, keeping the used empty bags in the freezer) and freeze. just pull out the amount you want and it's all ready!

Frugal daddy... start drinking those little bottles you were holding. Yogurt in tiny bottles, probiotic and great for you. All my Asian, Mexican and Philippine friends and family swear by them and I love them too. Used to be about 99cents a pack and I used to buy them when my kid's were young. I need to be buying them again during the cold and flu season. Delightful and need to be refrigerated. Amazing and beautiful haul and those dog dogs as I call them look amazing yummy.

I buy those lint traps all the time. They go over the end of the washing machine hose (like a condom) that empties into the sink and traps all the lint so it doesn’t go down the drain. I never heard of them until I moved to Minnesota. I don’t think they have them in New Jersey.......
