Having the ability to contain within their body many a poison and germ, without harming themselves, but can't turn this one specific paralyzer of keeping the victim awake!!!!!! variety to boot. Thus rendering the not really but maaaaaaybe acceptable excuse of, well she was not aware until the deed was done, and by then, since the duty was accomplished, there was no need to turn the paralizer down. She was awake, so unless this specific paralizer is an Achilles s heel for bene Gesserit control, she should have been able to turn it down. Maybe turning a chemical down is time consuming? But then that means bene Gesserit can be poisoned. Just choose a fast acting one. Which water of life is....... And a not yet a reverend mother can convert it...... And become a reverend mother......(admittedly the substance gives a feeling of time dilation, possibly by increasing the speed of neural transmit)..... Doesn't matter.
