Finally we managed to meet up and film the next segment of the lost Railway
Andy is a very busy man, and with the weather being poor, it's been so hard to get a walk together
Here is the second part

aah yes, the duck bridge!!! so named because it was massively prone to flooding! the deep cut out and lack of drainage meant it took ages to open up again as a route should inclement weather occur.one one or two serious deluges there was a tendency for the odd migratory duck to refresh itself in the new water feature,hence the name "duck bridge"

Hi BigMac N Tings. glad you remember the Duck bridge, i was so surprised to see a duck on the new bridge!! What do you think, were they the good old days, or is it just how we like to remember them?

Love it! so many memories. I must ask; The dog kennel walk bridge, does that lead to what used to be Dunstable swimming pool, just over the bridge?? (heard that's gone too) I used to go over the old weathered bridge coming from Woodside estate/Lewsey farm direction in the early-mid 90's

Hi gremasaurusrex985. It does go to the swimming pool. Last time i walked there, it was all blocked off.. next time i am over there, will let you know if you can still walk through.... unless anyone else knows?
