Not many people use aux audio daily, but in a speaker without AAC and AptX support it allows you to play lossless, latency-free audio by simply plugging the speaker into your external DAC, phone or PC. Also, it's just convenient to have as an option, if you happen to need audio from a non-bluetooth device, like a turntable or older mp3 and tape players

possibly the worst speakers for a PC.. they automatically power down every few minutes, you then have to turn each speaker on and then pair them back together every time! such a let down

Thanks to all for confirming that the auto power off feature continually shuts down after 5 minutes of non-use (which for some users, also requires repairing the speakers). That's a total deal breaker for me.

Just bought a set after listening to you….. great for the room I use them in…. I needed a microscope to read the instructions…… found how to use them with RU-vid…….great

I have connected both to the turntable although the speakers are not in sync and one if a few seconds behind

Would buy if they had some smarts in them and could connected to Google Home. Could hook up with my chromceast audio but the speakers auto off feature would make that tiresome...fast.

Anyone have a big audio delay? My speakers have a big delay when connected via Bluetooth. Which is really annoying connected to a turntable at lower volumes or to video

Just got a pair too. I have a question, the Left (L) speaker does not work unless it's plug in with the charger...Does it always has to be plug?

Only the right one has a battery and therefore is portable.

Great informative video and have just acquired this speaker set myself. Can someone tell me or walk me through how to connect the single wireless speaker to my Samsung android phone? I can easily connect both but not the one.

No, no way of physically attaching an active sub via a cable, nor do I believe you can connected wirelessly either.

Of course that the question remains... if you're not into audio quality and then these speakers are not for you then it means that these speakers are for people without any criteria of audio quality and just use them for gaming and listen to Pokemon music (extension of the gaming music), why spend 140 euros? Just because they're called "Marley" and relate to a kind of jamaican freedom fighter wannabe surrounded by (also) equal Pokemon quality heroic narratives? Any cheaper choice will satisfy... :)

Good sound, but: My Bluetooth Speaker after falling down once broken. On my request, no spare parts or repair option. Sustainability can only be achieved through circular economy and I feel screwed. Quote website: "Every Marley product shows that responsibility to the environment is taken very seriously." Such a thing is also called greenwashing and is even more disgusting than standing by one's greed for profit and, by the way, has nothing to do with Marley's values. The "support" (only reachable by mail) didn't even understand what I mean at all. I am very disappointed and can really no longer recommend these products to anyone. For JBL, on the other hand, there are many spare parts. The Marley speaker now ends up in the trash can - really sustainable, really climate-friendly.

It will keep giving you an extremely annoying female voice "paired" with 3 peeps every 10 seconds if the video clip stops and you are looking for another clip to play. Is there a way to disable this nuisance?

These speakers are absolute garbage. They won't pair together no matter what I do. I've read every troubleshooting tip on the Internet and these speakers just absolutely fucken suck
