Also that interior is so trash. Tiled floors are so outdated even if they are in good shape. Cabinet and overall style is very old. The kitchen isn’t even that big, you could have definitely revamped it with not much investment, esp since you gloat that you’re just rolling in the dough. But I feel like because it’s in such a “rough area”, you allow it to look as stale and outdated as it is because you can get away with it. Sad

My 27 yr daughter is moving out of her rental so we’re looking at her getting a duplex for around $200k with a FHA loan so she can get on the property ladder and have the tenants pay the majority of the mortgage so she can save to buy more investment properties.

The one you gave an interview? I'm a Property Manager and I would be so offended if my boss went to interview the deadbeat evicted tenants. Of course I did everything right! It's the evicted tenants who caused 1000's of $$$ damage you should believe your manager. He didn't make them trash the place, not pay rent etccc.... So wrong for an owner to side with deadbeat trashes tenants.
