So the house went up 100k or 24% in a year. So. A house is to build a life not sell and try to move every time you can a make a little profit. All this does is get you in more trouble
That’s why I’d rather have cancer than depression. My depression lasts 30 years and I never really had a life. At least she lived life as fullest. May she rest in peace.
