Wow! so great to see this - brings back incredible memories! I was a massive Duran and UK music fan at the time and would go to the countdown studios in Elsternwick (Melb) and the hotels in the city where bands stayed to meet them! - crazy days - I met Duran couple of times as well as Haysi Fantaysi (same hotel) and also Malcolm McClaren! My friends and I hung out with him for a few days! We took him to meet my mum (true story!) - he took us to MacDonalds He was bored and would rather hang out with a bunch of cheeky kids than record company tossers. One of my buddies was a massive Culture Club fan so he phoned up Boy George in the UK so she could talk to him. Such a goofy funny guy!

AWw JT and AT look so adorable and the mention of Mclaren and DD meeting at EMI HQs in London was mentioned in JTs book In the Pleasure Groove.
