Did you watch the Barr testimony with Kamala Harris? She asked him if he read the report or had seen the evidence. He said he did not. Then she asked him how he came up with a no collusion and no obstruction summary He said he wrote the summary based on what he thinks the evidence was and not what is in the 478 page report.
