jack black and KG both played recurring characters on tom goes to the mayor, they dont just do music for it they are in quite a few espisode, they also have a cameo in a movie whose name i forget where they do their song jesus ranch.

It looks like a good third-person looter shooter. Definitely reminds me of Borderlands. I like it. Based on Splat's gameplay vid, my only issue would be that I'd like it if the gun type was easily identifiable when looking at gun stats.

I don’t know if you guys ever saw it, but a long time ago they were actually going to make an isometric BL, in fact I’m pretty sure it looked very similar, but of course it was canceled. I was really stoked about it too because I don’t like FPS games

Playing this game on IOS and it feels like a Borderlands/Diablo with Rogue Lite elements. I’d say it’s more of a cover shooter than run&gun though. I’m enjoying it but would love to see armor/gear/character customization upgrades, various selectable characters/play styles, more varied enemy types, deeper “dungeon” runs and map locations (maybe facilities/buildings with deeper exploration rooms), in future iterations. Currently working on a high damage “build”.

That tutorial is one of the best I've seen, short simple to the point, the controls were compressed into about 15 seconds and then a section for getting used to the gameplay instead of just being long and dragged out. I'd hope they bump up the enemy count, multiple it by about 3-4 times. Give me guns I want something to shoot.

I love Tim & Eric's Awesome Show Great Job, they keyed in on a style of comedy that doesn't get enough spotlight. Tom Goes to the Mayor is a Magnum Opus of comedy. I encourage anyone to watch it all, regardless of your taste in comedy.

Shooting with isometric view may be complicated because you can be pointing at the legs and miss the shot that should go to the torso. Yet, Splat seemed not to have issues, good job then.
