This is the first part of my CNC dust shoe project made from a sheet of 10 mm plexiglass.

This is the best dust shoe design I’ve seen so far. I might make it with a few modes but it’s great 👍

Be careful about the length of the "brush", looks like it will reach the chuck?

Hi Bjorn. Thanks for posting this video and making your files available. However when I load the step files into my cad package, the dimensions don't appear correct (e.g. spindle hole diameter is 152.4mm!!) I presume you have the 2.2kw version of the Chinese spindle. Should'nt this diameter be around 68.5mm? Thanks Mike

Hi Mike, it sound like you import the file as it was made in inch and then convert it to mm. My spindle hole diameter is 60mm (60 inch= 1524mm). It works when i import it so maybe you have to change some import settings? /Bjorn
