I mean if it makes you feel any better, I don't think Dustin was being 'wiser' with his choices either when he was making decisions back when he first got into fighting. I don't think anyone could have had the foresight to know where it was going to take him, and certainly not to the level where it's allowed him to give back to his community as much as he does. So i don't necessarily think he was in a better or more mature mind frame back then either. Just had solid character and a desire to be champion. (And a solid lady behind him that encouraged and pushed him.) So you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. There's always ways to give back to your community. Maybe just start with volunteering your time somewhere that it's needed! It's all appreciated I'm sure 🙂
