What is the price of this digital sensor. We are looking fuel monitoring device in Pakistan having features like sms alerts, report generate over consumption and when engine stops.
You probably dont care but if you're bored like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my gf for the last couple of weeks xD
Hi. Thank you for the question. Yes, you'll detect that. DUT-E sensor's measurement step is 0.1mm. That means, if you have 1,000 liter fuel tank, which is 700 mm high - the sensor detects ~0.15L fuel change. But accuracy hugely depends on fuel tank shape and precision of calibration. Please, contact us for further information jv-technoton.com/contacts/
The DUT-E Operation Manual says that the probe is to be installed (in most cases: shortend/cut) to no less than 20mm above the bottom of the tank, (page 29). That means the effective measurement range does not include that bottom 20mm, and they actually specify 20-30mm. Depending upon your tank volume and shape, it's may or may not show any above-empty reading for your last 5L capacity.
Hello Adnan, there are a big difference between the analog sensor and the digital sensor, the analog sensor provide the information in voltage (so you need a device with an analog input to read this information) and the digital sensors provide the information through the interface RS--232 or RS-485... Here is the operation manual, hope it helps you!.. www.jv-technoton.com/data/dc/DUT-E_SK_DUT-E_operation_manual.pdf
DUT-E 232 is designed to work with RS-232 interface, and DUT-E 485 with RS-485 interface. That is the main difference. They are quite similar. The Manual can be helpful if you need in-depth comparison: www.jv-technoton.com/data/dc/DUT-E_SK_DUT-E_operation_manual.pdf
Thanks Technoton EN for your reply. We are trying to configure the RS-232 sensors in pair to work with a Mix Telematics Fleet Manager Communicator goo.gl/uBRZXS unit but we are failing.
Hello. Yes, this is possible, but we recommend that you take a closer look at the fuel flow meters. You can get more detailed advice by writing to marketing@jv-technoton.com
DUT-E is used in GPS tracking as additional fuel sensor or as a replacement of standard built-in (factory) fuel level sensor. Information on compatibility of fuel level sensors DUT-E and tracking device: www.jv-technoton.com/compatibility/
Hello, thank you for your interest in our product. The price depends on the model characteristics. Please, email us at sales@jv-technoton.com for product consultation
