Dutch intergrade Lesser black-backed gull, Nabben, Falsterbo, 2022-10-07 

This bird is undoubtedly a "western LBBG". The beefiness, the winter plumage on oct 7 and the lighter tone on the mantle all signal western, but it is hard to judge the true color on video, and thus only this documentation might not be enough to clinch it as a graellsii.
