That goes for basically everybody. Bischoff also claimed on his podcast that he never contacted Bret before the Screwjob. A quick search online can get you access to all the Prodigy Chatlogs from 1996/1997 were Bischoff openly talked about making Bret an offer in 1996 and constantly contacting him with offers. Even Bret called him out for the lie over Twitter, which in turn is funny, as Bret is just as big of a liar (like when he claimed he drew 100,000 at a Show in India, that Wrestlemania 12 was a huge success and all that nonsense after Roberts rightfully said Hart never drew a dime) And many others aren't any better. I think they just get a kick out of making up Tall Tales, to the point were i think it's a competition between them all to see who can get away with the most absurd claims. I mean the whole business is built around lies (kayfabe of course) and deception, from "Nobody slammed Andre before Hogan did in 1987" to the Attendance Numbers of shows to "This match-up never happened before! It's a once in a lifetime thing!!!"

I think it’s a matter of how they got to where they are, back in the day they had to embellish and hype themselves up constantly. Now, they’re legends but they have this programming to always be over the top interesting and involved. It’s odd, for sure.

The best was when Shawn Michaels did a live shoot interview and claimed that some backstage stories are only accepted as true because the wrestlers who tell them have a certain level of credibility. Shawn then added "I have no credibility." and the crowd popped huge ahahhahahahhaha

I think a huge part of the problem with Flair and Hogan is that they've spent such a high percentage of their time around people who won't call them on their bullshit. I haven't (and won't) watch all of Joe Rogan's episodes with either of these bullshit artists, but I can't imagine Joe calling out either of them. Flair showed on Kill Tony he'll just walk out when things are out of his control. Hogan would probably call Spotify and try to get Rogan fired.

Most of these wrestlers spent their entire lifetime playing a chart that doesn’t exist and protecting that character and Lies just came with the gimmick! They where all encouraged to lie! However, now they have spun it all around and lie in old age and probably justify that it’s part of the buss that people thought was real! Bruce Prichard should be removed from this list since he often lies to protect his job or fellow wrestlers! Prichards number one alliance is to his job with Wwe

Hogan is a household name, Flair is not. Even now, most people know who Hulk Hogan is, but not necessarily Ric Flair. Ric Flair is big in the wrestling world, Hogan extends beyond that.

Hogan claimed it was his idea to join Hall and Nash when it wasn't It is all a lie because Kevin Sullivan who was a booker for WCW said what really happened In my opinion Hulk hogan and Ric flair are tied for the top spot.
