Respect for the Dutch and Aussie troops! At the internet everywhere stands that the Taliban lost 71 men in the battle of Chora, but that's not true, it were a lot more, around the 500. It was: 1,500 Taliban vs. 500 Dutchmen, 50 ANA and around 50 Aussies. So you can say we kicked the Taliban ass (again) !

The french always are on the side of who they think will win or fits their fancy ideals ,until the tide turns and then they switch sides again. The dutch special operations forces are some of the best in the world and watching this video you can see thier pride and professionalism.
@evildoer11 maybe because the rebels had tanks, the dutch only small caliber weapons, the air support wasnt on time, or wasnt even granted by the head of NATO bosnia, and the american plains couldnt find their way to srebrenica....

@laurenceandringa inderdaad....amerika komt naar voor 2 dingen...een democratie/kapitalisme en olie echt niet om zogenaamd de mensen te helpen! en het is ook wel toevallig dat de amerikanen precies die landen binnen vallen waar olie is! de overige landen moeten helpen door bondgenootschappen/samenwerkings-verbond of komen echt de bevolking helpen...zoals de nederlanders deden

In Afghanistan zit veel heeeel veel edelgesteente, en op dit moment verijzen in heel dat land veelal Europese en Amerikaanse bedrijven om dit spul uit de gebergten te halen. Naar mijn mening was dat 1 van de grootste redenen om Afghanistan binnen te vallen ;) Wat winst voor de meewerkende landen en hoppakee! Gaan met die banaan.

What battle? In June 2007 Dutch soldiers fired on civilians while no enemy forces were nearby (anymore). Pity those who changed to murderers because their government let them some dirty work. No heroes, no arms nor armies!
Speaking from a actual boots on the ground all the dutch did was stay on they high ground and 2-4 INF US ARMY did all the fighting the aussie "showed" up after the US did all the work FACTS
