For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). If you want to see his heart watch this fan cam from New York. It is a traditional Kazakh song. Now , it is a fan cam but it is a really good one. I am adding the link to the fan cam because the owner of the cam did a fantastic job of catching his emotions up close. This was his first solo concert in America at a sold out Barclay's center. People from I think something like 60 + countries flew to New York just to see him in person. I was there and it was incredible because there were fans from all over the world, his country, America, China, Iceland, South America and on and on and on. His dream has been to have a concert in New York, and to sing this song to introduce his culture to the world. He is overwhelmed when the audience does their best to sing with him in Kazakh, his native tongue. In the video you see how he responds to his fans. You will see his heart felt appreciation, tears in his eyes and yes, a man so humble he gets on his knees and bows to the audience. After watching this performance by Dimash tens of thousands of vocalists worldwide quit singing because they realized they were not as good as they thought. Now they realize what REAL talent is.
One singer-reactor said after he watched Dimash's 'SOS' as his first reaction, that it caused 2 feelings: an inspiration to try harder but also a feel to give up everything. "How can you write a song, put it to share, when you know that this guy exists somewhere?" he asked. I found this heartbreaking... Maybe this was because of shock. Of course things are not so bad. No one needs to be Dimash, being an excellent version of oneself is enough. All kind of talents are needed. Finally, a singer doesn't need to be technically perfect to move listeners.

Thank you! One of the remarkable things about Dimash is his ability to “live” the song. He puts his heart and soul into every performance; he “becomes one” with the song. At the end of any performance you can watch his face change back to the present, back to reality. It takes a couple of seconds. Sinful Passion is one of my Dimash favorites. This band is the Kazakh band A-Studio (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A-Studio), and the song Sinful Passion was originally performed by them with lead singer, Batyrkhan Shukenov, in 1998. Dimash has said he is a big fan of Shukenov's solo work and listens to him a lot in his down time, but sadly Shukenov passed away in 2015, not too many years before this performance. It has been said, arguably, that this performance is a tribute to Shukenov. I like to think that's true, but others will say I'm wrong. Regardless, it's an incredible honor for the band to have Dimash perform their song so masterfully. Dimash has millions of dears who care for him and worry for him and have been following his development with excitement but hoping he isn't exploited as his fame explodes. His creative team support him and he stays quite independent of the commercial pathway. There are reports he will move to the US for study and career.
I really hope Dimash dose not go to the USA. Last time he was in the US they tried to use Dimash. And the music industry in the US is Evil and corrupt .

He has a degree in all the aforementioned genres and the last degree he received is in composition. He has been attending the stage since he was 5 and at 6 he won first prize playing the piano. Great reactions! I would listen to "Opera 2." Originally written and performed by the Russian star, Vitas. There are only one or two times when Dimash sang it. The one most commonly played is from The Singer competition in 2017. Dimash did such a great job, many fans made waves that put Vitas to shame. Vitas' management/record company got a court order banning Dimash from singing the song thereafter. It is an incredible song and Dimash destroyed it!
Dimash will not change !! he will remain humble, considerate and kind as he has always been !! He did not come to music for money or fame, but because he loves music and has stated that he always dreamed of dedicating himself to it. As a child he drew his dream among musical instruments, stages and amplification equipment. He had worthy examples in his parents and grandparents. In each performance we have observed how he thanks his "dears" (that's what he calls his fans) and how he always has words of consideration for the orchestra that accompanies him. He has also caught our attention that every time his parents or grandparents accompany him at the concert, he has words of love for them. The dears of him we are sure that we will never see signs of arrogance or attitudes of "divo". Dimash no cambiará!! seguirá siendo humilde, considerado y amable como ha sido siempre!!
