Có bao giờ bạn tự hỏi tại sao việc duy trì một thói quen lại khó đến vậy?

Cảm ơn chị Nhi Lê rất nhiều vì những lời khuyên hữu ích. Việc bắt đầu một thói quen tốt không hề dễ dàng. Chìa khóa ở đây là hãy cứ bắt tay vào làm và đừng để thời gian cho não suy nghĩ ra những lí do ngăn cản ta hành động. Hãy tạo sự thuận lợi, dễ dàng để có thể thực hiện. Bên trong mỗi người đều có hai mặt thiện và ác. Nếu ta muốn mình trở thành người lương thiện hãy tập trung làm điều tốt, sống cống hiến, giúp đỡ mọi người. Mỗi người đều có góc khuất của riêng mình, hãy nhận ra, chấp nhận và tự chịu trách nhiệm với những hành động của mình.

Lesson learnt from radio 730: - Discipline is the key to good habits and it helps forming you into who you want to be and what you aiming for. -List out a list of tasks you need to do and make sure even if it's just for 5minutes. 1% better than yesterday still consider a change.
