Hi , jab bat wife ke maintenance ki hain to I believe that include her rent cost and food, medical and all so when husband has to pay her maintenance that include rent cost then why not give wife a room on rent to avoid her right on property own by husband or by husband parents...give her room on rent with basic amenities and avoid these further litigation...law says wife must be given place to live not place of husband to live...what you say @lexspeak
