Red arrows indicate errors. Check for any/all possible errors and correct them; also enter you case number without the leading zeros; and make sure you tick the little box above by clicking in it to indicate that you read the notice concerning the SSS. Do all these before submitting.

1. There should be no problem if you were not married to the child's father when you played. I've had cases of single mothers winning with their child and their interviews were quite easy. When one of them was asked "Why are you not immigrating with the child's father?", she simply said "because he hasn't married me". The problem comes in when they find out that you were married , but didn't include your husband. 2. a) If it's found out that you were married to the child's father but you didn't include him on your entry, that will lead to denial; b) If it's now that you're going to get married, then he can be added to your case; c) If you get married after your interview, but before you immigrate, you can use the docs from your married to file a petition on his behalf. That could take a few years after you immigrate; d) If you immigrate without getting married, you'll have to return and get married, return to the US before beginning the process to get him over.
