Dvorak - New World Symphony Part 5 - Proms 2010 

This is the first time I've heard the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and I am very impressed. It was a great interpretation. It seems to me a young conductor and orchestra with incredible energy and musicianship. Bravo!

I'm obsessed with this piece. Especially the 4th movement.

The C.B.S.O. has been fortunate in having Simon Rattle and now Andris Nelsons as their chief conductor, their playing would be on a par with orchestras like the New York Philharmonic or San Francisco S.O. these days

Whole thing was too fast for me, I like dramatic, loud fast paced music but this was just overdone

I do NOT like this conductor's over interpretation of this wonderful symphony. Overdone, overwrought, and over handled.
