The body language was a very "elder statesman"/leadership move (the way he outstretched his arm to guide and empathise with the actress). Arnie does the very same body language on the couch he shares with guests. Trump too. It's a learned form of communication.

I also noticed that when Graham turned an interview question to him, he answered just as much as he needed to and then specifically turned it back around for her to talk. (He knows Hart doesn't need any encouragement)

It's a technique that he's learnt over time. One of the best ways to make people like you, is when anyone talks to you, you listen intently to them, keep eye contact, and respond to what they are saying. It makes someone feel important and listened to, and subconsciously they will form a positive opinion of you. Dwayne, from his wrestling and performing days, has learnt the art of making people either like or dislike him, in a very short space of time (babyface and heel). He's also got an insane work ethic, and always looks to improve himself. Love the guy, even if some of his movies are a bit iffy :)

Jodie's story had a good ending, but she dawdled too much on the set up. The way she trailed off and said "Well, anyway" at one point, made people more aware of how long it took her to get to the point. Kevin's story was less funny and mostly predictable, but he's just a better storyteller and he made that story funny. He's descriptive, succinct, and furnished the story with jokes in between.

Kevin doesn't need a funny story He just needs to talk and whatever the product is ,it ends up making people laugh

@@dustinkern5273 a famous British sci fi cult show that's way older that you are. It's on its 13th main protagonist, that's her. It's far to complicated to explain. Just pick up the 7th season which is the new jumping in point. Or start with her season. The show is sometimes hit or miss. But when it hits it's all up in your feels. Seasons six and below aren't really available because they are pre DVD and even vhs tapes are ultra rare. On that note, my all time favorite is still the fifth doctor. That actor was so good that to this day I still believe that trash cans with plungers tape to the sides are an existential threat to the universe. That's how good Tom Baker was. The next well known one was the guy who plays Purple Man in Jessica Jones, this was the gif immediately before that. Every actor that plays it is at least Ian McKellen level. As in knighted by the queen for acting. Each season has two or three "companions" or like superhero sidekicks. The doctors an alien human hybrid so you cant always tell what he's thinking. The companions are your empathy stand ins. Oh and the storylines are often out of this world. Literally. One season it even broke it's own rule and the story was out of this dimension/universe. That was incredible. The companions was like some famous singer in real life. And just when you thought she's faded off the show she comes back as powerful as the doctor lolz. And that's also a first. Jodie Whittaker is also a first. The first time it's been played by a female, but it's long over due. If the guy can reincarnate, what can he come back as?
