Thanks for the video NST! Dang she slipped those cuffs like a pro then dug all that dope out of her insides...wow. Welcome to prison life methany, the inmates there are gonna love you.
@@TheSaltyGranny She might have been doing the other part w/the cuffs ob, But, you can see her left hand loose, when she's stashing in the back of the car. Always trying to make sure he's not looking & fixing her hair. No doubt, in my mind, she knew she'd get worse for taking it into the jail.
It's not when they "buy drugs"... it's when they do too much of them... even prescriptions ... and I see a whole lot more DUIs from alcoholics then anything else.
@@Raymond-rr5ivThat's an unusual deflection of Perry's very legitimate point - ( which I think is....) that someone careless enough to buy street drugs truly doesn't know the quality, source, and hence danger in what they're putting in their body......fair enough?
@@67marlins100% with Perry as well. My daughter died with zero warning on Saturday, January 26, 2019, from either (A) being murdered by her former fiancé. The cops took over a week to investigate exactly why he was there that night, and when they did, they were highly alarmed. In the meantime, he’d removed any and all evidence. Or, (B) she/he had purchased a Friday night, “one time only” party drug of what apparently she thought was one thing, but turned out to be three things: cocaine, meth, and fentanyl. What I do NOT understand is, since everyone and their dog knows fentanyl is so incredibly lethal at almost microscopic doses, why the heck are the drug dealers mixing it in? Isn’t the point creating return customers, not dead customers? Certainly, my daughter won’t be marrying “Mr. Wonderful” nor revisiting the scumbag who sold her the garbage she put in her body. Nor will the three others in the area who died around the same time. Tragic.
@@Raymond-rr5iv And I see a lot more OD's from illegal drugs. There is no small amount of meth that is safe. 🙄 Drugs and alcohol are toxic and deadly drugs.
@67marlins They even lace weed with fent now. It's not safe to buy anything on the streets. A lot of addicts have quit because of the fent problem. A lot are simply too far gone and are just being killed by it unknowingly. Some are just fent addicts. My brother OD on heroin nearly 20 years ago, but apparently it's mostly fent now. What people think is heroin is really fent. It's insane.
😂 I saw her touching that area... maybe she just has an itch 🤔... but I wondered. Under stress ... she could be relieving tension the old-fashioned way ❤😮!!!
It takes planning and forethought to stash the fun powder up the woohoo, maybe I'm just naive, or maybe she prefers the discomfort of having the stash in dee snatch, but do you think she left the house expecting to get pulled over?
@@1k20a They aren't allowed to check body cavities. They can only do cursory search and if she hadn't of stashed the drugs in his car, she would not have been charged. Luckily, they didn't find it at the detention centre, because it would have been a felony charge.
This is not Chelsey's first rodeo. In 2016 & 2017 she was busted with guns and drugs with several others. With the 2016 arrest she was also charged with tampering with physical evidence, same as she was charged here.
@@Andres64B officer asked near the end of video if she had anything on her and told her she will be searched when she get to the station and that he was going to search his vehicle so he asked again did she have anything and she said nope but its not logical for him to believe a woman who looks like her so my guess is he searched vehicle as soon as he got to station and found it then reviewed video to make sure she did it
notice how the trooper had is back to her FOR A LONG TIME while searching the jeep,HE KNEW what she would do ,and being a expert on hand cuffs ,YOU WOULD THINK SHE WOULD KNOW THE POLICE ALWAYS CHECK THEIR BACK SEAT .
Her ‘safety deposit box’ surely has been a frequently used option for her. Curious about her inventory and accounting procedures! Must be planning on opening a ‘store’ in jail.
Not to excellent , who buckles themselves in while handcuffed red flag #1, and too much movement in the back seat should have called for a female officer
@steveperry3572 Miranda rights don't have to be read until interrogation. You can be cuffed and stuffed, transported to the pokey and booked before they are read.
I wonder how she will feel finding all those baggies, torches and razor blades in her vehicle. Or maybe she is on vacation in AL with a rental vehicle picking up another load for methany to sell. Nothing would shock me these days.
Well that was anticlimactic as hell. 😂 Girl didn't know what to do. Dummy got a felony instead of just a DUI. If she hadn't scared herself and left it where she put it to begin with, they'd never have found it with her only being there for a few hours, probably. Criminals just keep getting dumber. 😅
There should be an alert from the car camera to the cop’s smart watch of any suspicious physical activity going on in the back of the cop car. That way, they could immediately catch them in the act before they have the chance to do something dumb and try to destroy all the evidence. Or, worse, swallow it and end up in the ER getting “Ye Ol’ Stomach Pumped.”
That's what I say DIDC u see the one the guy got out of cuffs, was even sitting on edge of back seat found a cigarette liter, put the flame under the cops seat causing him to crash bad.
@@chasepatterson2036in the absence of the cigarette she accessed her taco ❤🥰💋✌🏼... let her have her fun because someday it won't be there the same for her... and 🤔that's not illegal 😎👍🇺🇸!!!
See how quickly she asked for a breathalyzer? People from other countries ask why doesn’t the US just perform a breathalyzer test like we do rather than all of those silly FST’s. Breathalyzers do not detect drug use.
Because of law, it cant be held up in court unless done at the station so just using a breathalyzer alone on initial stop isnt enough to convict in the courts it would be a waste of time and taxpayers money so other measures gotta be done for probable cause to arrest and then breathalyzer at the station which is held up in court. The reason for a traffic stop breathalyzer is to just support the officers initial conclusion that they are dwi because they failed the tests given. The breathalyzer is also a good way to prove a person isnt dwi even if they fail the tests because some ppl have coordination and nervous system/physical problems that impair them on those tests
Maybe some of the newer systems do send them to a computer at the police station? I believe your home security system can alert your phone with a live video feed.? What's to say that the officer's vehicle system wasn't talking to his phone?
That's what I say. Especially those where inmates crawls over seat steals car etc. Did u see the guy get out of cuffs sitting on edge of his seat finds cigarette lighter, puts flame under cops seat, causing cop to crash bad
You want to fund the extra people to watch every backseat camera of every arrest real time? They will have to hire a lot of extra people, this will need to be funded with a tax hike, and you and everyone in your town agree they need extra people to watch every camera real time and you'll vote YES for this. Or did you expect them to do it with the current manpower and budget?
She ingested several retrievals, then she dropped one to the floor and made grinding motions with her foot. I guess she was afraid to OD, and decided to obliterate a portion.
You do realize that she wasnt smelling her fingers??? Nor was she stuffing her box with dope from her back pocket. Surely you are either joking or being sarcastic.
@@chita75862 The camera was too grainy to see clearly, she was either vabbing or having a fish stick snack, I wish they would invent smell-o-vision already.
He is obviously a very experienced cop like he said and can detect drugs being used. A DWI is not just for alcohol which can be detected by perp tests. Drugs cannot be detected by those tests a lot of times. The cop made the right call because of his knowledge and experience
Also, when asked to count 30 seconds in her head, she counted to 15sec. I did the test with her. People under the influence have a very distorted sense of time. I smoked MJ a couple times when I was a kid. My biggest take away was how slow time seemed to move even though I felt an hour had passed by it was only 5 mins, I know this because I was constantly looking at my watch, because I had a curfew and was paranoid about being late. So the 2 hours until curfew felt like an entire night.
As for the coordination test, left over right-heel to toe, while counting is not hard for a sober person, yes you may fumble it, but she was really slow at performing it and had to have the directions repeated and kept asking if she was doing it correctly, a competent person would have none of those issues (maintaining balance isn't really the whole goal of the test). During the one foot 6 inch off the ground test and count out loud - She was instructed to perform until "told to stop", she stopped on her own without being directed to. Also, no sober person would have messed that detail up.
This is a stealth but terrific advertisement for Harold Implement Company in Corning, Arkansas. Some companies have spokespeople, some hire attractive receptionists or have booth bunnies at shows but it seems the company has won big by just having Chelsey wear their company t-shirt. Fantastic and unforgettable exposure.
If the trooper thought there were w lot of baggies in her vehicle, just wait till he sees all the baggie action going on in his back seat. Abracadabra is pulling those things out of places I would never want to touch those little plastic bags. Ugh
They should double the sentence if you get caught hiding drugs in the back of a cops car. Women have more “hiding places” and are less likely to be thoroughly searched. That said… YUCK! 🤢
You'd be surprised. I had to go for a bullshit charge once... cop put me in the back of the car and I had my hands behind my back. I feel something behind me... about a quarter of weed stuff in the seat crack. I didn't say shit. I guess it was whoever was there before me. Who knows how long it had been there.
I will agree to the jeep being somewhat difficult to drive. I own one just like it minus the lfit and wide wheels and tires. This one actually had me laughing though.
@@deafmusician2 Been driving it for 3yr, never been pulled over lol. That's why I said somewhat. The track of those wranglers hit the grooves in the lanes with wider tires and it kind of slings you to one side or the other. Not taking up for this criminal by any means lol
My husband was a lousy driver. He got pulled over one night because he kept going over the line. Cop told him he was going over the line all the time had he been drinking. Cop also said he didn’t smell any alcohol. My husband said no he wasn’t drinking he just drives like that. Cop busted out laughing. My car has one of those lane interruption buttons and we had to disable it because it was going off constantly. Thank heavens he no longer is driving
Wow her glove box sure holds a lot. Guess her pimp is pretty p.o. ed at her for losing all his stuff too. Mama sure is going to be proud of her little "angel" when she has to rush back to pay her jeep out and get lil sweety pie a lawyer.
Did anyone else catch the trooper when he told this young lady that he’s never had a sober person NOT have issues with the FST’s so these tests are made for people to fail. Sober or intoxicated, everyone he has given these tests to, has failed.
FSTs aren't pass/fail. They are designed to gather evidence against someone presumed to be driving under the influence. If you're ever put in a situation where an officer wants you to perform fst's just devline all of them. You will likely be arrested and have to take the breathalyzer back at the station but your lawyer will actually have a leg to stand on.
